I believe you are asking this now because you sinned sometime ago. You have asked God to forgive you but you have not forgiven yourself.
If you are truly remorseful about it and you asked the Father to forgive you, best believe that he has forgiven you already. But you have to do your part by forgiving yourself.

This is the only way you can have fellowship with God; by having a clear conscience. You can also help yourself by increasing the frequency of your prayers.
Remember, prayer is not all by your feelings. Even if you don't feel it, just continue in your prayers. As you do this, the doubts and self-beating will be eradicated. You will see yourself basking in the presence of God.
