The man is good at his job, he won't do anything his clients hasn't directed him to do else they'll bin him.

Lose him next season. A lot can happen between now and then.

If they were going to sell him, they should have done it since, not at this crucial point in the team’s transition.

Pogba is a player that thrives when the spotlight isn’t on him. United made a huge mistake trying to build a team around him. He performs best when he isn’t the main man, easily proven by his time at Juventus and France.

Pogba’s always wanted to leave for a while now, but notice how the rumors died when Bruno came in and took the EPL by storm. Now, Sancho is in, Varane is rumored as well, and a defensive midfielder.

A team is being built here, the type a player like Pogba would thrive in. So why sell him when things are finally falling into place?

Also, none of the ‘replacements’ are EPL-proven, not to mention the vast difference in quality.

Things shouldn’t be a step forward, three steps backward. That’s why United is in this mess.

Hopefully everything will be sorted out soon but I fear a situation where the good business transactions we end up doing might not be strong enough to cover up for the evident inadequacies that might not be covered up.

Everton have to be extremely gutted. He may not be available for the EPL until the end of September or beginning of October.

We should have closed out most of the deals by now and have the players properly integrated with the rest of the team before the season starts proper...
