This matter is beyond you and your family. Pls tell your brother's wife and her daughter to go to the nearest Police station and make a formal report. There is actually a Special Government Agency in Charge of Domestic and Sexual Abuse but I don't know if they exist in Abuja. The Police too will handle it.
