Hello guys, when getting an apartment, is it better to consider one with all bills inclusive in the package or go for one without such options. Also, how easy is it to do inspection with agents (giving the whole covid-issue) Please gurus your advice is needed. Thanks 1 Like |

Please you guys shouldn’t ignore me and answer me. Is taking a masters in management viable? I will also be taking the pmp certifications as well to be a certified project manager. Bachelor degree is LL.B. Do you think getting a job after won’t be an issue? I don’t want to waste my time doing a masters in law since I don’t qualify to practise over there. |

atyadz1: You need utility bill to register for many things like bank account, council tax, applying for credit card etc which you won't have if you take a bill inclusive house. But if the bill inclusive ones are cheaper you may want to consider those and find another way to create your utility bill, like take a ohone contract etc. On inspection, most restrictions are relaxed now and you can have physical inspection, otherwise online inspections are also available. 1 Like 1 Share |

jtech17:Take it from someone who has graduated from there, Hull is overrated. Sure, the fees are cheap now but it’s a very small town with very little job opportunities. 1 Like |

atyadz1:I personally would prefer a bills inclusive package because it simplifies cost for you. You just pay your rent and that’s it. And most times, it works out cheaper than renting a house and paying the bills yourself. As for the inspection process, it depends on the agents. Some will insist on a physical viewing while others are more accommodating. So just keep searching until you find a reasonable agent 1 Like |

contra:You can use your accommodation contract as proof of address instead of a utility bill. When renting, I insisted that my partner and I be named on the contract so that we can both use it as proof of address. 4 Likes |

Re: Living In The Uk/life As A UK Immigrant by Zeecos(f): 2:01pm On Aug 24, 2021 |
atyadz1:Yes or from the landlord if you’re renting directly from him/her. After viewing, you’ll put in an application for the house and if all your documentation is in order, a contract will be drawn up between you (tenant) and the landlord. When I wanted to open a bank account, it was my tenancy agreement that I used as proof of address 2 Likes |

Ruthiegal: You may consider Masters in areas below: Science and Technology Policy (opportunities at NGOs, Agencies and Academia); University of Sussex offers this course. Law and Medical Ethics (opportunities at NHS) Technology Law (opportunities at IT Companies) Intellectual Properties with specialization on trademarks filing. There are various areas of specialization in Law at M.Sc level in U.K universities, try to research more before you consider changing your career path. |

Egocen: Remember for KLM you need transit visa Ethiopian airlines 1750£ isolation in UK Turkish airlines 1750£ isolation in UK Egypt air 1750£ isolation in UK BA and virgin are your best bet. I have seen people that had to cancel there flight because they didn't know about the additional fees associated with transiting through a red country. There thoughts are ' shey na pass we dey pass, we no really enter the country' UK has basically monopolised UK travel to there friends. You can try Qatar airways, fly Emirates, ethihad, etc but do you know when they will be added to red list |

I want to book bus from Heathrow airport to Manchester, but I'm unsure how much time it'll take from landing to 'check out' to concluding all immigration protocols. Please, may I get guidance on how much time our stay in the airport is likely to last plus any tip on how best to travel to Manchester after dropping down in Heathrow. Thanks. |
