They will be handing over their Agbara plant to Fidson in this quarter as we heard early last year.
You can stay clear now or look for Fidson rather.

In the water already too late to cry cold..... Will just hope to stay afloat after the handling over

I don't think their operations will cease in Nigeria. Its like they want to concentrate on the imported goods maybe from the parent company.

Other members can highlight on this Gsk and Fidson partnership or whatsever

This is NSE, just stay calm.
Tide may again change. No rule cast in stone.
If you have spare fund, you may just keep it at standby and keep eye on the movement.

Hope you don't want me dead or for my Bp to rise?
Go and search for Transcorp's book value as well.
The thing is:. This book value will be of use in case of sale of the Company.
This is just my opinion, not like anyone is certain of what could be the decision. smiley
One oga here deserve s the shout-out/accolade if it eventually turns good.....

GSK will still be operating in Nigeria, while FIDSON is thier Local manufacturing partner.

Considering the transfer of overhead cost to FIDSON, it is a good deal for GSK.

Honeywell is the last bus stop for oba otudoke in this FBN saga.If you allow the market to deal on the stock ordinarily,I don't think it will sell above 1.20.Remember Cp used to access this stock for me then.I don't know what has changed in the company.

I sense merger, selloff, right issue or any other thing that can please the OBA himself.Seriously, he needs to push this stock over #10 to settle issues on board.

I want to warn our members to use long spoon to trade on Honeywell.

They will need to re capitalise Nah.
Revenue is being generated from the local.
The top and bottom lines will still be afted for a while.
They need to tell us the next after the deal so we can review the price Hence the current price appears expensive to me.

I disagree on the first statement.
Honeywell is doing very fine recently....
Q-on-Q results shows that Honeywell is undervalued........the last result shows PAT of over +100% if I'm right.
With the current food crisis and inflation, Honeywell can only be performing better and better.

For the second statement, you were right.
Oba and his cronies will find a way of pushing the share price up, to be able to offset his debts even if he won't sell it.....
......and if he's going to sell it, he will sell it higher....

They don't necessarily need to recapitalize, remember they sold their Lucozade and Ribena brand to another company.

Their pharma products are still on demand.

They are just outsourcing the manufacturing, to focus more on distribution.

They are the biggest Stockbroking firm in the country, controlling between 15% to 20% of the value of transaction on NSE.

What they have done is just to frustrate or kill the other small stockbroking firms in the country. We have over 300 in the country

Very good day to you my Oga Loco. Tuwale sir.
You remember this exchange you had with authentic madam @Mcy56 , if only you listened to her wise counsel sir.
In my opinion, you are repeating the same mistake. The kind of funds going into dis Honeywell is serious. Be open minded and not close minded. After all, na you dey remind us to remember that we are in the market to make money. You that sold Honeywell with less than 2 billion units available for around 1.20 to go buy Dugbe market Transcorp shares for same amount, e get as e be and I know that you have your wise reason for that decision .

If me I wan beg our people here, I go beg dem make dem no near or touch Transcorp with long spoon with rope sef but I dey open minded to find dat thing wey you dey see.

As for Honeywell, I no go choke if he reach N20 or N30 sef it Oba dey plan to sell am. Dangote Flour wey get loss upon losses sell for N21 and heaven no fall.
N:B.
Dis no be recommendation o.

Which kain school fees whey some people hia don hammer 300%.
In fact, na from the profit we go pay our children school fees o.
Btw, if you are one of those still dey buy only nestle, mtn, access, gtb, zenith and uba, abeg you go need to unlearn sumol, abeg no vex. This market don dey shift and my guess is that it has to do with the direct intervention funds for some critical sectors. Government dey give these rejected stones massive support. Augusto and co talk say naija banks earning went down by about N500 billion in 2020 yet company like Honeywell flour wey you dey badmouth do almost 100% increase in revenue. Abeg reason am wella sir

LoL. Oga Wanaj0 na the oga on top o.
Doubt if his breakeven price in Honeywell can be up to N1 self...... grin

Guess he's just concerned about the current price , he'll somehow have more info about the Coy as well....... but if Honeywell is going to be put up for sale, then we should expect much better bargain than the 3.85/3.90 it's currently selling in the market.

Like you said, if Dangote Flour making loss could be bought over @N24, then Honeywell shouldn't be less than 12/15 in my opinion.....if Oba decides to sell.

** Caveat: Just looking at possibilities here. Not certain about anything. I may be wrong**

@Locodemy always have eyes for some of these stocks.

I'll advice he doesn't always sell all, even when he decides to exit..... especially when it's taking too long for Mr. market to respond positively to it.

Just pray for me to exit peacefully in Transcorp.
I pause trading other stocks now because of Transcorp.Money for Jijo is heavily trapped here.

Effect of CP not coming regularly to the forum. You sometimes ask him for guidance on some of these stocks. smiley
This Transcorp is fast becoming something else for the shareholders despite improved results and good news surrounding it.
I hope Tony will do something about it soonest.

Oba Otudeko seems to be owing more than
one bank. Honeywell Plc may eventually come to the rescue.......thru sales maybe....

Hmmm. If sold (worst case) , hope new owners won't delist like dangote flour. Anyway, till 29th.

Wema bank has same 40b units os yet it moved from 58 to almost 90kobo.
Something is wrong between FG and Transcorp.I just pray they calculate the setback they caused for we shareholders and the stock all these while and put it at the right price when it finally moves.

Chai! Boss, you can assist to do the breakdown and give us the likely fair value nah. smiley

BTW, what's driving Honeywell may purely not be based on fundamentals but something outside it.
Oba is facing different debt challenges, he may want to use what he has to get himself out of the debtors nets........and Honeywell coy readily comes to mind.
The rush for Honeywell was/is aggressive, so insiders may know what we don't know yet.

E Ku forum visit sir. grin

It will be a huge shock if this debt issue were to end with an AMCON take over. I noticed that it is only the company screaming that their debt is performing. The banks are not saying it, while CBN was giving deadlines for payment.
