Silent follower here figured I might share this:

So I got a refusal a few hours ago with the below reason:
"I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status"

I did apply on July 7th, refused today September 7th (I am Kenyan)
I did put in a complete application(Medicals included).

Kindly, someone give me the procedure for ordering my GCMS Notes.

Please at justmellow@frankobbn@lekiboeboe and our guru here can i show my bsc for my next application after i didn't show it for my previous application.
I apply for University1 fr my previous application going for nursing because i have my certificate as auxillary nurse after my Bsc i went for auxillary nurse training.
Working as auxillary nurse currently.
I am deciding may be i should go for Baccalaureate diploma (health care management) because i have Bsc (edu) biology
then auxillary nurse training.
Hope showing the bsc after i didn't show it BFR is not a red flag.......

thank you sir for your detailed response, i appreciate
graduated with 2.1 in 2010 so i guess option 1 is a No NO for me cos of the study gap
for option 2, (Business Analytics). please do you know if there is any funding opportunities that is available ?

Aaaaah omor, don't go and shoot yourself at the leg by making ircc to refuse your Visa bcus of your constant disturbance.
It appears the enquiry you sent to them, they have provided answers to it initially but you went ahead and send another one, that's why they told you to go back to their previous response to you that the answer and information you seek are there.

Pls do yourself a favor for your sake and stop writing to them for atleast 2months or more bcus it's obvious they are beginning to see your enquiry as disturbance. If you ignore their warning and write to them again,this will cause a chain reaction that will make them to refuse your Visa even if they are considering approving it bcus your demonstrating Desperation here and that's a red flag.
For your sake and the sake of your app,stop writing to ircc for now for atleast 3months if possible and wait for them to contact you, failure to have patience with them then your app will suffer for it

Congrats to all successful applicants. Frank and mastersammy and all gurus in the house , pls I need help. I finally graduated from Noun Dec 2020 with 2.1 from Computer Science Education ( I was supposed to graduate 2017 but was delayed due to missing results). Apart from Noun Cert, I have New Horizon Cert of Attendance (CCNA routing and switching) 2016, freeCodeCamp Cert( Responsive Web Cert) 2021, Udemy (Advance Css and Sass) almost completed, Udemy (JavaScript) almost completed too. I am looking towards applying to Canada Schools with full funding for Msc Computer Science (please help with that, I am overwhelmed with too much info and can't pick right) . I own a business but it's registered with my husband's details (Business Name Dated: 2017) because it's inline with his work( Interior Designs (p.o.p installation, painting and co)) while I deal with p.o.p materials.
I will be applying with my husband and our 4 yrs old. I await your contributions and suggestions,thanks

Good morning everyone, hope we all slept well?
Please I have three questions to actually ask so this is my second application and the first one was refused based on financial status and personal assets. I will be applying again soon and this are some things I changed
1. My first application just my dad was my sponsor so I made him and my mum co sponsors as she has a business and bring quite a sum every month, but I had to register her business last month so I can get the CAC certificate included in the application though she has been running it for years now. Hope it won’t be an issue that the certificate was newly issued?
2. My mum’s account statement has her name not the business name and she pays her state taxes with her name, I wonder how it will look to the VO?
3 My dad did an evaluation for all his properties and it’s a lot of pages, am I to included the whole thing?
