For those that missed buying USD at N360 last year it is still a bargain at current rate of N490 per dollar because with the excess Naira printing go on in CBN people will beg to buy at N1000 per USD next year.

Today NAIRA hit an all-time low of N550 per USD in it 48ys of existence.

I don't understand why you will tag all those who have contrary opinions as Buhari Fans.. Only one road does not lead to the market. They are several ways to make money buying and keeping dollar as you want/advised is just one of it.

No matter how you look at it or do not want to believe, there are people that would have made money same way you feel you are making from dollar or even more doing other things. Everybody can not follow same route. Besides if everyone decide to buy and store dollar as you guys advocate, where is it to go round? Maybe we should just beg the US to let us adopt that currency as ours too.

Even at that we will still not be satisfied..Maybe then we will shift more attention to British Pounds.

All through 2022 and part of 2023, I expect Dollar to settle at N410 or so. There will be so much dollar liquidity in the world that people will even be scared of holding it.

After these periods, it's a different kettle of fish.

Some smaller African, Asian and Caribbean countries will end up using USD as their official currencies.

Us Stocks Pick Alert - Appreciation for our NSEMPA members

For the people that know the principle of the above forum, we appreciate you for the indirect support. Although understanding how to profit from the global market is not easy, that is why the members are fewer compared with NSEMPA (is it a case oif the fewer the better?).

Nevertheless for the few that understood what Us Stocks Pick Alert stand for, a token of appreciation below:

We don't talk grammar, we just want to bring in "the dough"

whoever load the card should just confirm and thank " Us Stocks Pick Alert Forum ".

Sir, I never tag anyone who has a contrary opinion as buhari apologetic or fans. My response to that Oga statement is not collective. Anyway, thank you for letting me know that.

Rabbi The Oracle, this is doable with the right policy and honest administration. With this govt we have in Nigeria, I will say it is questionable and challenging. Things already got out of hand. Spiritually it might work but realistically at the moment, I will keep my fingers crossed. I want a better Nigeria going forward…God help us

Really! angry

CBN should as well convert all Nigeria foreign Reserve to Naira all in bid to strengthen the NAIRA and wean off proactive Nigerians who are trying to protect their life savings.

I second the motion. People keep buying the dollar at any price to hoard it leading to weakening of the naira.

You’re probably right but I don’t see Bank if America, Chase, Wellsfargo or Citi offering accounts in different currencies in America. You can buy any currency from them but you can’t operate an account with a different currency.

I am not an expert in this topic, but the addiction to $$$ in Nigeria cannot be good for the economy.

Stop comparing orange with Apple.

Bank of America had faith in their local currency and kept their Reserve in USD.

Since CBN claim to have faith in Naira why should they keep their Reserve in USD and expect Nigerians to keep theirs in Naira.

This will be very silly to implement
Tackling the root cause of the slide of the naira into the abyss will be the only solution that will stick
All these bravado moves will not help them in any way
It will only make matters worse

This is possible
It's also possible that the Feds reverse course
And destroy the excess liquidity
