Read my true life story... I made all straight A's in my WAEC in a gov't skl in one sitting at O'level. But didn't enter varsity in the next 12 years. Got admitted 3x at uniben, but couldn't pay acceptance fee. Popsy was long dead. I worked from here to there, always ambitious but never made way cuz no finances.. a gf then who later left me to get married eventually assisted to pay my acceptance fee wen I got the 4 admission. Sh continue to help in her little way.. while I do d rest of the struggles. Graduated without extra year later..

But couldn't get a job cuz my age has casted. I couldn't go do 20k jobs, so I dabbled into one or two huzle. Trust me, I hate fraud. I started teaching as a means to gather money for other things. I attracted a quite successful lady then at 24. First class graduta ND in the health sector... I was exactly in this OP'sshoe. I was going to end up in poverty if I don't give away men's pride...

In the date for the next 2nd half years, sh saw a perfect man. I DNT smoke, drink, womanize, I don't insult, hit her or steal from her. All I wanted was assist in my now clearer dreams that I HV created steps to get out of poverty... Sh was worth over 10million. Marriage was on the take from me, but no, sh would prefer a rich gud duke who will take charge of her...

I begged ND beged nd made her see reasons am in it for real, poverty wasn't an option. I still pay my rent ND feed but I very visibly struggle.. I inside by her rules of no sex. ND we stayed like dat for 3years... Aswear, u didn't fuvk outside for once.. last last, sh dump me citing not financially balanced. I continued my life in penury no more good food at least...

Till I met another lady, this one doesn't even HV up to 1million but sh does make up.. we clicked.. sh saw I was for real.... I helped her with ideas ND physical presence on better ways to grow her biz.. after 6months. Sh released 500k to support me....

My sister, the rest is history as I now plan to marry her... I now make over 300kmonthly ND got four persons employed. Will get a car by Nov. ND move into 2bedroom flat. Na this girl I Sabi ... Sometimes one really need help to grow... Love is not mny peoples problem but poverty...

You are treating marriage as a business transaction instead of a life transaction. What do I mean?

When you don't like someone you will be looking for different kind of reason to leave that person but when you like someone you will be looking for different reasons to stay. That's why it's critical you marry someone you like. Marriage is tough and you can't afford to marry someone out of pity.

The reason I can't marry a broke guy is because he will be hiding his true nature. A broke guy is a faithful guy. Until a guy has money, you will never know whether he likes you.

And I can't marry a rich guy because I don't want someone to bore with the life story of how he got his money and me from nowhere is now coming to waste it anyhow.
