It's nothing serious, they are called bumps (ingrown hair) probably because of the direction you shaved.

You're using blade to shave.
Try shaving stick .

The issue there is that Your skin is sensitive and also your body chemistry is reacting with the blade.
Stop using blade.

Razor bumps from shaving.
Instead of razor blades use clippers and don't shave to the skin.

You can get a small scissor and trim low instead.

When next you’re shaving, apply this and shave after like 30 seconds of application or almost immediately.
Don’t let it dry before shaving.

I use to have it both on my beard and private place. If you use it to shave for like 3 times, it should clear those things.

I’ll advise you take Doxycycline Incase it’s some kind of water or other infections

Stop using shaving sticks rather use a shaving clipper to shave.

Shaving sticks without a shaving foam are the cause of all these boils

.Go to a good pharmacy and get anti fungal medication (oral and cream).stop using shaving sticks and use veets shaving cream instead.its obvious you have a sensitive pubic area if there are no infections.
