Teemenzo:

The statement of account you submitted
- is it from a sponsor?
- is the sponsor related to you?
- if not, did you demonstrate your relationship with the person?

Home ties
Did you indicate your family members, your job and the need to go back to your job after studies
- do you have a registered business, landed properties or anything of value to warrant you to come back?

I believe if you address all these, you are good to go.

Just my own opinion.

I have a wife, she’s not even following me
I have a job I recently resigned (June)
My wife has a house in her name
I am self sponsored
Parents are late (unless it’s a factor)

I’m sha not doing again smiley

You were denied on two reasons.
1. Financial
2. And Home ties.

Now, you will see clearly that the VO stated that the finance will not be enough for you are your accompanying family. Honestly, I think that amount is small for all family. You should have left them behind.

Going with them as stated in the denial further weakened your home ties.

David one more try. Just order your notes to see why....I think your app was faster than usual so you should be curious at least why. Please don't give up yet.
Davidbanky:

I was refused, and it’s the second time
I paid full tuition
Over 16k CAD in statement
Doesn’t feel like they really check our documents …

time to move to another country.

Hello David

Do not give up on your Canadian dream...

Its just the 2nd refusal, many get their Visa after the 3rd, 4th, 5th attempt..

Put yourself together, order for your GCMS notes, see the concerns of the VO and work on your SOP and LOE to tackle the concerns...

My little advise, do not rush to apply, take your time..

Defer your admission till next Fall, that will give you enough time to re-apply..

I believe you can get your Visa with the 3rd attempt...

Peace

please if you can just try to order a gcms note, all these generic refusals don't explain what exactly the VO didn't like. if you want to try one last time Abeg if you can observe the VOs comments in relation to the refusal. God will straighten the crooked issues in your application for you this time.

Okay. Please give it one more try. The third maybe your lucky number but before applying again, ensure you order your Gcms note. VO claiming you and your family members accompanying you is strange.

You must find how come the VO arrived at that and what he or she was thinking since you are the only person traveling.

If you have the fund, I'll advice that you go for JR (judicial review)

If not that u seem to have lost interest, would have suggested that you request for your gcms note, then go for JR afterwards...

For mine, they did not update my upfront medicals until I got a medical request on 30th of September. I submitted the upfront emedical slip, then they updated to Pass on the 1st of October. Biometrics isnt even updated on that info section. Though on the top right, it shows the information for biometrics with date done.
I think once they pick up your file for active review, they will update the medicals.
#August4thapplicant

When did you apply?

BolaT53:
Good afternoon Everyone. Please for a second time reapplication how long does it take to update one’s biometrics and medical if they haven’t expired. Thank you

Well i am not a VO, if proof of funds is tuition plus 10K. With my little arithmetics, what will be left is 6k. Is 6k enough for your wife’s up keep?. Did you add her payslips/bankstatement to show she will be well taken care off when you are in canada?. If you cross this T and dot the I’s , i am sure you will get it.

For home ties;
You indicated your wife has a landed properties, is the landed properties used as a home tie or a property that can be easily liquified for her up keep, since you are left with 6k. The VO might see you and wife as a mobile family. I suggest: you can use your wife also as a home tie, the landed properties , her bank statement, her employement letter, her pay slip, investments , stocks and your own siblings too. This can solidify your home tie

Make your wife look established in your home, or make yourself if possible.

Please I applied for visa and used my uncle as sponsor with an account of 17m, the reply came very late and this is the reason stated below…

1 am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

1- what does this really mean
2- what is a possible solution to it on reapplication

Then show the tenant fees/receipts. Any statement to show the property is a rental property. Also give an estimate on what the yearly revenue of the property and
Notarize it. This is a huge home tie. Guy you gaz package well.

I can imagine how you feel and no it’s not the end of the road.
Just take some time off to calm down then order for your notes to know why and how best to reapply.
So sorry about the delay.

It will all make sense soon .
