Please anyone going to Canada should be get their covid 19 vaccine card and scan the barcode attached to it via qr scanner to indicate you have been vaccinated at least twice. And also have your covid 19 test result 72 hours to ur departure in Nigeria. To avoid stories that touch oh. Very important. |

Hi guys, I applied on the 22nd of June and I received a medical request on 24th September which was subsequently passed on the 1st of October. Since then, they’ve been silent. Is this normal? How long more do you guys think it will take for the PPR to show up. I’ve been so anxious |

Good Morning All, Please i will like to know 1. if statement of account generated personally by me via my online banking platform can be used for study permit or i will have to visit my bank for it and ensure one of the heads signs it , so as to prove the authenticity? 2. in the statement of account, am i allowed to circle out lump sum i explained in SOP, so as to call the VO attention to them. 3. Can i use the the information page of my recently lost passport (expiring Nov 2022) to apply for study permit? while i wait for the new one that is being processed , so that when it arrives, i can then upload it to them. Gurus, abeg make una help me oooo. January no far again. |

1. I believe the one from the bank has the manager's signature. So it's more credible I'm not sure. But it's better to just generate a MBS from your app. Send it to the embassy directly and send the ticket ID and password to them. That is the most credible and reliable way to show proof of funds for now. 2.If you have lump sum you want to explain you can make a difference LOE for it. Makes everything neat and organized. It's not something you'll explain in just 5 lines so a different letter to address it is preferred. You will just state when and where the funds came from, the whole gist behind it sha and back everything you say with verifiable documents. This part is very important. 3. I think you should wait for a new especially if you've reported to immigration that you've misplaced the old one. I don't know if there are implications to using a non existent passport and I'd rather you not find out incase it might affect your application negatively. chrysto: |

Woke up to my PPR yesterday, What a good way to end the year. First time applicant, NSE route, self sponsored. All thanks to God, good people on the forum and the angelic guidance of the ever reliable Mr. Frank Reuben of (fandrglobal.com) .In the midst of his busy schedule he still took out time to diligently review and ensure my application was air tight before submission. I will drop my timeline soon

Thanks a lot for the reply, i only know GT bank has a platform to send bank statement direct to embassy but i use first bank and Polaris. i will be glad to know if anyone has used 1st bank and Polaris app to generate a bank statement and send directly to embassy. If i get your right with regards to the lump sum, you are saying it is possible to submit two SOP. I am a first time applicant ie mine is SOP, One for the general explanation, the other for the lump sum. Omiinii: |
