Hello House,
Pls I need advice in respect of Canada Study Permit Application:
• I am the current guardian of my of late biological elder sister children (niece & nephew). I want to include them in my application. Pls, what document(s) do I need for this in order to claim guardianship?
• I have the C.A.C doc of late sister’s business (which is an enterprise), I currently run the business. Is it possible to present this?
Gurus & Other members, pls assist in addressing the above.
Thanks in anticipation.

Hello Mr Frank
I am new on this platform and need an urgent guidance in the process of applying for a diploma course in Saskpoly (Regina college).
I have been told to submit my Waec Cert, Scratch card pin and Data page of my passport. But I am confused about the 10,000CAD tuition deposit fee which was stated as non-refundable.if what if the admission did go through will I loose my 10,000CAD? My total tuition fee is about 17,000CAD like how much should I budget as my POF to inclusive of the total tuition fee.
I will be very grateful to get a feedback from you.thanks
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by Tre20: 7:10pm On Oct 11, 2021
Pls send a screenshot i dont think that information is accurate. I know there is an initial deposit to secure your admission

Good evening all,
Please I need some clarification. My husband and I just started looking at schools in Canada and would love if we can all go together as a family, is this realistic? Family of five.

Hello everyone,
Please I want to ask how long does it take IRCC to update any document sent to them through webform.
I have sent some documents through webform, but I did not receive any acknowledgment mail, and whenever I log in to check my uploaded documents which I submitted alongside my application, non of these recently sent documents are there.
Thank you.

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by makano: 8:09pm On Oct 11, 2021
Hello Iffylove

There is no exact timeline for update of documents by IRCC,

Did you send them mails with the attached documents?
With my experience and also research, iRCC respond more to emails than Web-form.. Send a mail that will contain your application details and attach the documents.. You can send to Nairobi,Lagos or London.. These are the primary and secondary offices of most Nigeria applications...

Peace

Hello Pretty

Its very realistic applying as a family, but the reality of all of you getting Visa at a time is slim compared to either you or your spouse applying alone, getting Visa and later applying for spousal permit for spouse and Visiting permit for Kids after getting to Canada..

Family approval is very rare on this thread compared to one spouse applying alone and getting his/her application approved and later applying to bring the whole family over when getting to Canada..

Peace

Hello OlaR

If you can proof your relationship with your late Sister(their late mum) and show proofs that you have been the one taking care of them since the demise of your sister, that will really help.. Submitting just her documents wont be enough, you as a guardian, you must also have documents attach to your name...(If you You can show evidences of how you have been taking care of these children since when they lost their mum, probably, school fees receipts paid by you or any of your responsibility on these Kids..

Also make sure their is enough fund not just to take care of your studies in Canada but also funds that will be sufficient to take care of these Kids... Remember you have taken guardianship of these kids, and this must reflect all though your application....

Peace

The college said they're not offering my program for May 2022, and i was using an agency for the visa application and they advised me to get a new dli with the same program asap and reapply nd that was what ircc Said on their website that if my study visa has been approved and I change dli while outside Canada I should reapply
have u paid school fees?.if u have not, change course and then when u arrive Canada,u can change DLI.also if u r looking to relocate to Canada using study route and u have paid ur tuition already to that particular DLI, u can look for a course close 2 ur proposed course whose resumption is earlier, then just Rugged it cos if u reapply, na new process again oo.updated statement of account especially. but if u have ur finance all covered then all u need is a good SOP to explain y u had to reapply even after getting PPR but make sure u maintain same course in another DLI.my 2kobo.
