Maybe you didn't know, you can rent farmland, approach a land owner to fsrm on their land so no developer will come and build in their absence, commission people to farm for you in the village etc etc etc

Even if you live in lagos, you can farm in Ota, if Abuja you can farm in Nassarawa or Nigera state

Come to think of it, food takes a huge chunk of my money per month and I am just newly married with no children yet oh. Na wa. I am thinking about married men with up to 2 children. I wonder what type of measure can save them in this period.

I spend approximately 2-3k daily for food and this is because "we" stock foodstuffs of about 20k monthly in the house. We make it a point of duty to expend 20k nothing more nothing less per month. But as it stands now it's looking like we will have to review this budget upward because that money can barely buy anything in the market any longer. Sometimes ago I started suspecting if my wife was playing me wayo but the day I went to the market myself with that same amount, I almost cried for her forgiveness. Chai... Budgeting these days is becoming more difficult for married folks.

I mean the lowest you can get a decent food here. ( A canteen). A plate of just rice and beans goes for #350.

Please FARM if you can. Mix legumes like beans or soybean with maize or sorghum. Plant one tuber like yam or cassava after you harvest the legumes. Then plant vegetables and pepper near the house and rear poultry, rabbits, goats in your compound.

This easier said than done. Besides, most Nigerians live in urban areas, with access to little if any farming space. Morever, due to inflation the prices of fertilizer and pesticides is through the roof. Not easy!

Saddening to read of folks here having to survive on so little yet talk now and you hear them praising apc and buhari.
When it come to food, it is not even something we should do the cost. We don't eat much oh, but it is properly garnished. Eg 2 amala but 7 assorted meat, 1 catfish chunk etc. So if it is amala level, for me 2-3k, buying for my kids too, I blow like 6k.
Evening, they can do chicken republic rice, another 6k.
Evening snack could be shawama or chairman pizza another 6-7k.
As I write sef, I just sent for kilo of turkey to be fried with potatoes chips just for me alone.
Ice cream nko every 3days we finish 1 carton of peanut crunch by frosty bite (it contains 18).
Meanwhile we are just average managing people.

Sister this country is hard for some. It takes God's grace for me to spend #300 and not on a daily basis.. it does fluctuate at times to the bearest minimal

Total daily expenses = N25,000.00

Have been spending minimum of N25,000 on daily basis for the past 3 years and still spending more without experiencing any financial constrains nor difficulties.

Don't be afraid to spend your money on yourself and others. You deserve to enjoy every seconds of your life.

Money may come to you anytime provided you're not idle. There is money everywhere. You must render services for the money to come on daily basis. Keep doing something that will bring money on daily basis. Be productive and fruitful on daily basis, then the money will surely come daily.
