When/if Biafra is achieved, Lagos will be greatly affected. More than 35 percent of Lagos' wealth is courtesy of the Igbos.
... And I'm not even Igbo

Lagos will not be affected...we don't want importers that deplete our reserves. We want manufacturer and civil people.

Whoosh.

Never heard Igbos want to 'take Lagos' from Yorubas.

Technically if Igbos get Biafra even they become aliens in Lagos just like they are in, say, Ghana.
And you know how typically foreigners are 'handled' in Africa.

You are the first person saying that the Igbos want to 'take over' Lagos. What does that even mean?
Oh you think when Igbos get their Biafra they will leave Lagos that both Yorubas and Igbos have a stake no way .Igbos will annex Lagos the way they almost annexed it during Ojukwu time

Almost, Almost, Will takeover, etc.

Can you actually state things that have happened.
All you are stating are counterfactuals.
IFs, whens, etc.

How can they annex Lagos when they were 'chased' out of neighbouring Rivers state. Are you in this country at all?

Victim mentality, inherent in the average Igbo man... This is why they're naturally spiteful towards others and I think the civil war has all to do with it.

Their parents keep selling the narrative to the younger generations that the rest of the country hates them. They have come to believe it over the years.

By whatever definitions you apply, Portharcourt is a metropolis. Go and expect this there.

I was brought up there but even I know it's largely impossible.

You should come up with a better explanation. The cosmopolitan thing isn't broadly applicable.

Cheers.

I should have used have used metropolitan instead of cosmopolitan. Got my words mixed up. Portharcourt was never a capital. Can’t you see how Abuja developed quickly due to its advantage of being the capital. Lagos has also had many advantages over other cities such as it being the capital, having a functioning port. At one time i believe it had the only international airport, foreign embassies etc. The list goes on and on.

Because we don't have lazy mentality. Those savages get jealous and angry and can only stand on this is my land just same way u r dragging lagos.

The Igbo man didn't go to south Africa free....he pays his shop rent, house rent, bills and tax...this amazes the average savage south African black savages and then get jealousy because they can barely succeed like their fellow black man from another place

Just like the afonja boys loading our goods at alaba market are becoming....imagine we are not the useless nigeria government but try to provide u means of earning in your own land o but still hating

No worry. Ogadimma. Biafra will come one day and we go leave una but not after sharing lagos asset accordingly grin

It was Yoruba touts, Miscreants , thugs and hooligans that burnt it down.

I guess the Baboon cownus messages on radio Biafra was directed at those miscreants?
You guys are simply pathetic even with cownus voice recordings telling you to burn down everything in Lagos you can still blame it on miscreants.

Well it's an established fact that IPOB are miscreants so in that sense you are right

Not really. Portharcourt is also cosmopolitan. Obviously less so.

By your Logic, unless you want to be selective with your Judgement, Calabar too, being a previous capital should have racked up similar 'Capitalistic'
advantages. Why are we not rushing to Calabar today?

You may say Calabar was the Capital briefly but that doesn't tell the full story of Lagos' advantage.

Lagos is relatively the most stable commercial city in Nigeria. The tendency for ethnic/tribal whims to engulf the state in violence as we've seen in South south & South east is extremely low.

Many southern states have had ports for decades what have they done to prime them?

You may say that the FG has grossly neglected southern ports /Infrastructure through bias.
The question then becomes what did the southerner who became a President do to even this imbalance?

For Revenue/Income per head, many Southern states, Bayelsa, Delta, Akwa ibom, make more than Lagos for its population. What exactly stops them ?

One thing that is very clear is that the Yoruba are the most accommodating tribe in Nigeria; no one can deny that. However, what have we got in return - hate and envy especially from the Igbos. The Hausa/Fulani are suspicious of the Youruba but they do not hate the Yoruba. The are also accommodating to the Yorubas.

The Edo/Isekiri/Urhoro are siblings to the Yorubas even though they have their own identity. The Efik/Ibibio are somewhat indifferent to the Yoruba but that is fine. The Igbos outright hate the Yoruba and it is time Yorubas become very conscious of this hatred.

Everyday they are castigating Tinubu, Fayemi and Osinbajo; and other potential Yoruba presidential candidates. The other day they were calling Yoruba women undesirable and dirty. All of them were hating on Peter Okoye for marrying a “dirty Yoruba woman” - a woman who is more educated and exposed than anyone in their generation. They insult the same Lagos where they live - why don't they just go back to Onitsha and Aba.

They insult anything Yoruba- from Anthony Joshua, Wizkid, Tiwa and everything Yoruba. These insults are not unnoticed. Yoruba will not forget and will surely retaliate!
Did I hear you say igbos are envious of yoruba?

that's funny, how can someone be envious of who he's better than in all angles?

oga, abi na madam, yorubas are the ones envious of igbos for their success in Lagos state

You sat and watched strangers destroy your house while you do nothing..

You lots also accused the Igbo for attacking the palace of your oba of Lagos until the video footage of what really happened emerged and all the people in the video happens to be yorubas including the children playing on the pool..they all speak Yoruba..

Igbo burnt Lagos while 60% of business destroyed that were own by igbos..

Igbos burn lagos, while all the people arrested for vandalizing things are all yorubas...

You yorubas are pathetic...blame every body except your self...

Same way tinubu blamed igbos over the killing of that afaniferes leader daughter..

What is this one saying?

how do you mean we don't respect our host community??

For Christ sake we Respect and abide by your law,we pay our task,we avoid open confrontation with you,so what other respect do you want??

You want the igbos to wake up every morning and come and bow to you because you're our host community?? Sorry we don't bow to any one,(you can call it pride that's your problem)

And for your information you lots aren't accommodating us,(you gat to drop that mentality)we are in our country,we pay our bills, build our houses, pay our task, pay for our basic aminities so how are you accommodating us do you give us free lands and food??

Saying that we don't sell land to strangers is another white lie that you guys manufactured from your asses, have you ever priced a land in the east,or do you have any of your friends or relative that ever wanted to invest in the east and Igbo denied to sell land to them?aside from Igbo land do you yorubas ever invested in any region in Nigeria?

How does igbos want to interfere in Lagos State government that warrant the threat from your monarch? Have Igbo man ever contested for Lagos State governor or rep??

During the period the monarch made that thread was Igbo man among the governorship aspirant...

Stop telling me about azikiwe because he is a nobody in Igbo land as of today,I don't no him..
Well, my brother, I do not intend to be devisive. We are one Nigeria. Any Nigerian should be able to live anywhere without fair or prejudice. Igbo people are great people and very resilience. Their apprenticeship mentoring approach is second to non. The truth is that we need to drop all these tribal war. It doesn't progress any nation. I'm a yoruba man married to an Igbo woman. My eldest sister is also married to an Igbo man. You see, we are already into each other. Let us all live in peace
