Ok with 4m what can u invest in that can fetch that amount monthly plz advice
First of all, before you run a business no matter the amount especially in this country, what really matters is not the start up capital be it 4M or less, the question is do you have a location were u wanna start up something. Very important, then look what moves there or what will thrive in such location coz no matter what every one says here or advice on what to invest in, if the location dosent favour it, its definitely going to be a bad idea so please bro, just check and know the location first and then know what moves..

Hello Nairalanders…

So I’m looking for a good way/means of investing up to N1m. I currently don’t live in Nigeria (though I still have family and friends there, so keep in mind I won’t be able to manage a business there in person), and I’ve been looking for the best investment to do with N1m.”

I send money home every month, so I thought it would be best if I can have an investment in Naija that could generate maybe N300k to N400k monthly, so that I don’t have to send money home anymore. The N1m for investment/business is flexible, that means I could do past the N1m if necessary. I need only solid suggestions please.

Mods please do justice to this.

My friend I invested over one thousand dollars on the royal Q,$100 subscription minus $20 and I traded with$800,for over 3 months the highest I have in my wallet is $750,so you people should face the fact and what you are just after is bonus from referrals

Come and see my live trading account and see how much I have earned in 10 weeks. When you guys have poor settings and trade more coins than you ought to with your strategy you begin to blame the bot. When you leave coins in your wallet without using a bot do they not go down in value? Why do you guys now talk as if the bot is supposed to perform magic. If someone is trading btc using the bot and btc is going down worlwide it's people like you that will still expect the bot to magically produce profits even though it is dropping. If you don't understand or practice the quantification method well or it isn't well set up pls don't blame the bot.

I'm really bored by the choices of business suggestions people make on threads like this.

Moreso, the vapid comments jeering the OP becuase he is simply searching for opportunities on how he can invest 1m on a business or something that can bring a desired return of at least 30% monthly. Who said this is not possible?

The thing is you could hardly get sound Knowledge on things like these from a public forum, but sometimes still get lucky to come across info that would put you on.

Well,

I can show you a business you can do from anywhere you are in the world and make solid money more than that 30% you are looking out for and you earn not even in naira but in dollars. You don't have to be thinking on investing back in Nigeria when you can't bank on the current economic atmosphere which is in jeopardy ...

The business is called CPA Marketing and it's done online.

If you can afford my training.

I will show you how to make $2000 to $10000 monthly with CPA Marketing. This is not just the average CPA/Affiliate system of promoting offers that pays you $5 - $30 per lead(even though that is also very profitable)

What I will teach you is my current system of earning by Promoting High ticket CPA offers that pays you $250 to $1000 per single lead. Yes! So all you need to earn say $2k( in a month is just 2 - 4 confirmed leads and there is absolutely no limit to how much you can earn). You can see this is far higher from your desired 30% which is 300k.

But then, I'm just being conservative with the figures so you you don't feel I am exaggerating. $2k is over 1m right now and if the figure is still spinning plates in your head then lets bring it down to say $1k which is still over N500k monthly or should we still go lower to $500? That's about N250k... This is money you can earn with just one lead! And this is not to sound like some sweet talking or something, you don't need all that 1m to get a this up and running.

Anyways, Google is your friend. Go on now to start doing your research on CPA it massive potential.

So, when you come onboard I will teach you everything on my system of earning from A-Z. You will start making money in your first month.(As long as you are not lazy and implement what you learn)

No stories.

My training fee is 150k. If you are interested send a message to primeprofitsignals@gmail.com

Let me mention that, I am not one of those random gurus you meet online. I have earn from CPA for over 5 years now and have tutored hundreds of people. As at 2021, I choose to be low-key and make all trainings private.

Also, You are entitled to a free consultation on phone call before the training.

Goodluck

5 ASSET CLASSES TO HELP YOU BUILD A PROFITABLE PORTFOLIO
Asset classes can be seen as a collection of financial products with common characteristics like risk, returns, liquidity, and various other parameters. Having different assets in your portfolio allows you to take advantage of the different strengths of each class. While all assets have their pros and cons, a basic knowledge of these assets will help you understand how to invest better.

Assets put money in your pocket. The more assets you have making money for you, the richer you get. If you have an investment portfolio or intend to build one, these are 5 asset classes you should consider:

1. CASH
They include liquid funds, saving accounts, online wallets, hard cash, money market instruments and certificates of deposit (CDs). Cash provides a safe haven for funds when markets are rocky or looking overvalued. It offers liquidity and most cash deals offer higher returns(Peer to peer lending). They are an important part of an investment portfolio because their high liquidity makes it easy for you to readily seize opportunities. Unlike stocks and other assets, cash equivalents must have a determined market price that doesn’t fluctuate. The downside of cash and its equivalents is, interest from banks doesn’t keep up with inflation.

2. STOCKS
Stocks are a collection of shares (units of ownership of a company). The company divides its capital into equal parts, which it can then sell as shares. Owning stocks in different companies can help you build your portfolio, protect your money from inflation, and maximize income from your investments if you consider a long-term perspective. The downside just like any investment is it comes with risks. The stock market is volatile and best suited to long-term investing.

3. BONDS
Bonds are a debt instrument or an IOU. They contribute an element of stability to any diversified portfolio. Bonds are a safe and conservative investment that offers relatively low volatility, high liquidity and a measure of legal protection. When you invest in bonds, you lend money to the bond issuer (corporations, local/ federal Governments). You lend them the money for a specified period of time known as the bond term. They in turn pay you interest at a specified interest rate. The downside is a lower rate of return.

4. REAL ESTATE
Real estate is the most common type of tangible assets that people own. It offers passive income and long-term wealth. You can create regular income and cash flow, protect against inflation and build equity for the future with real estate investment opportunities(REIT’s – Real Estate Investment Trusts, rental properties – residential, commercial, industrial, retail e.t.c). The major drawback is it requires a lot of upfront capital and you lose liquidity.

5. COMMODITIES
Commodities offer an inflation hedge unmatched by other asset classes and the prospect of improved risk-adjusted returns. It benefits investors during economic uncertainties. They are riskier forms of investments with opportunities to make huge profits. Another downside of commodities is that they are susceptible to weather and regulatory risks. Commodities can be divided into four sectors;

Agriculture – livestock, wheat, corn
Energy – natural gas, coal, crude oil
Industrial metals – Steel
Precious metals – Gold, Silver

Your portfolio is considered balanced when it includes investments spread across various assets. Diversifying your portfolio is ideal because it helps to reduce risk while maximizing returns. Assets all have their advantages and disadvantages. Consider your risk tolerance and financial goals before opting for any investment option. Why don't you invest in mechanized Garri processing business & let your family members manage it for you?
That business line is very profitable right now, especially when you do it large scale. Cuz you make profit per tonne of garri your factory produces. That can even run well over the 400k/month profit you were suggesting.

The best plance to invest 1 million Naira is in real estate.

I always tell people, there are three industries in Nigeria that would make you the big bucks (and I'm not talking comfortable, I mean rich rich).

Oil and gas
Agriculture
Real estate

Out of these three things real estate is the most affordable with the fastest profit. Most people shy away from it because they think the starting capital is too much. But these days you can get into real estate with as little as 100K, talk less of 1M.

Investing in real estate is the best thing you can do with 1 Million Naira, but you need strategy. You don't just throw your money at the first opportunity that comes your way. You need to plan and you need some guidance. Luckily I can provide the solution to the latter.

If you want to learn about the tips and tricks of real estate investment and connect with other investors you can join this free facebook group https://www./realestateinvestmentwithflinxrealty/

Hmmm... Please listen to this.

It must be something you have experience in.

Fulfill any role in the food industry. From farming, foodstuffs, till it gets into the mouth.

- Involve 'family' in non-financial parts only. They can manage or supervise. (You have to retain the ability to fire and hire in Nigeria). You can't fire a sibling or parent. tongue
- Find the best hands and research every step critically.
- Never run out of money.

As they say, "Them no de learn left hand for old age"

Very "WISE WORD" here
