My medicals was done exactly a week and two days ago, haven’t heard from IOM to confirm submission to IRCC or anything, I’ve written them mails and tried ringing them but nothing. This medical was done upon request by IRCC. I’m getting worried now, anyone had similar issue?

I did mine as requested by ircc on the 13 of Octoberand it was just updated to pass today though did it in qlife. I think you should just wait a little and according to the customer care in qlife she said its date u did ur medicals that will show so u dont have any reason to worry about IRCC deadlines

Please calm down they will upload it.

However, was it the result department you called?
Did they ask for your UMI?
If that’s the case, then they should tell you what’s up with it, otherwise, you might need to keep calling them.
Before they uploaded mine, I followed the above and was told they are yet to get the analysis from Nairobi, due to network or something.

Is obvious the agent used a fraudulent forged or doctored documents, IRCC sent a PFA to explain within 15days why so and so. Him knowing what he did, didn't bother to let you know and ignored the IRCC PFL. After all you have paid him in full and is not his own, so they should go ahead and ban. Now you have been banned from Canada for 5years. You requesting for your GCKey, he intentionally got it revoked and sent the details to you.

Is so painful but truth have to beb told, he has ruined your Canada study dream for now. Using an agent means you gave him right to and all submitted by him is from you. So sorry it got to this point.

I see you have asked this question twice but before my gurus come in to answer your question.

Firstly congrats on your admission! It not advisable for you to submit a family application with just 1year program unless in circumstances that warrant it. This may be needing their assistance to settle in. Provide justifiable evidence not limited to health and medical conditions. Your husband is one of your strong home ties, though will have seen people right here that submits family application and they got approved and like my gurus right here will always says every application is different and you might be lucky.
But in other hands, filing a sole application helps strengthen your proof of funds and home ties. But you can always apply for your family upon the permit approval or after some times studying in Canada.
