CalcreteJB:
The question is, are you going alone or with family? Either way, how you arrive at the total amount is, do a calculation of your total school fees, housing, feeding and upkeep for the duration of your studies. If you are going alone, you have to show that you have enough funds to also take care of your family back here at home.

please in addition, if u can proof that ur wife is gainfully employed and receives good income, then all u need is to proof that u have sufficient income for ur stay in Canada.

Hello gurus, please Eh if I have gic key with about 11k CAD in it and a dorm account with another 10k USD in it. Do I still need to show 6months bank statement. My bank statement has regular in flow and out flow but the amount is quite low. I have an additional 10m that I got from sale of land to complete the funds for myself, hubby and my child. However i don’t know whether to pay the money into my salary account in bits. Considering that I’m hoping to apply for visa by February is it okay to put in the lump sum and explain that it was gotten from land sale. Basically my question is, with a GIC acc will the health of my account, regular in flow / outflow still be important ?

please do not mis inform people here.If u dont know something ,please u dont need to quote me.there are countries referred to as the 5 eyes countries that share imigration info.these countries are U.S, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and U.k. they do it for security reasons and check. just use ur Google to confirm cos it's not even a secret.please do not mis inform ppl.u r d one that does not know what u are saying. be guided

its possible to get Visa after a ban like some witnesses have said but I have never seen one that was y I said he should 4get about it but now I knw its possible though more difficult.

The Five Eyes is an intelligence-sharing alliance consisting of the US, UK, Australia, Canada & New Zealand. The origins of the Five Eyes can be traced back to WWII.
In 1941, British and American intelligence members began engaging in secret meetings before signing the Atlantic Charter that August, which listed global objectives for the two countries beyond the conclusion of the war.

According to the UK’s Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ), this Charter paved the way for the Britain-USA agreement, and later the UKUSA agreement, which was signed in 1946.
Declassified UKUSA intelligence documents confirm that the agreement was expanded to include Canada in 1948, and Australia and New Zealand in 1956, thereby creating the Five Eyes alliance, partly due to past shared Commonwealth heritage.

Someone shared on this thread about some weeks ago that got PPR even with UK 5yrs ban. There is nothing God can not do. I can't remember the thread number l would have loved to share it

hello people, i just registered today on Nairaland.

i want to apply for post graduate degree Information Technology: Business and Advanced Analytics at NBCC. ..i have BSC in Engineering with 13years banking experience, 41years and study gap of 18years. i have a wife and 4 children

my question is, can i still get admission as the school has started evaluation of applications on Oct 15 2021(am yet to apply). Also what are my chances of getting study visa considering my profile.

hope to get responses as i begin my journey to canada
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by viviangogos(f): 9:52am On Oct 25, 2021
It is not compulsory for you to get a response from the clinic that they have submitted.I never got any from IOm but they submitted my result on the 4th day after the medicals as they confirmed via email .. you can also send them a mail to reconfirm submission of your medical result. Also on your own side, submit the emedical sheet via webform. IRCC will definitely update your medical once they have reviewed it.

ADMISSION TIME LINE
University of windsor
Applied: 10th April
Admission: 6th July
I also applied to University of Victoria 14th of December deadline was 15th of December. I was rejected. I applied to Dalhousie 16th of January (sontha one month would pass and the 100 dollars limit would apply again). I have forgotten the exact deadline date but it was a few days to the deadline. I was rejected. I applied to Concordia University 26th January, 2 weeks to their deadline. Decided to not wait a month and use somebody card. I still got rejected.
Reasons were vague. But what I deduced was graduate programs have limited slots. Even if you meet the requirements applying late would mean the slots are filled.
After the rejections. I stupiy applied to Wilfrid Laurier University a day to their deadline, 29th March. Ofcourse I got rejected. So I applied to University of Windsor January 2022 instead of September. Months to their deadline and I received admission almost immediately after their deadline.
My conclusion, people were getting admission letters previously while I was putting in my application. Obviously not good for me. So APPLY EARLY even for admission.
