Hello Praise Like IRCC has said, you need to be truthful in your reply to them.. Since you claim you didn't use an agent, you do not have anything to fear.. You just have to strategically convince them of your innocence.. You can send an MBS of 1 year of the affected bank to them, probably from the day you applied till date. You can as well submit to IRCC your Ticket Id of the affected bank account so they can see for themselves that truly the Bank statement isn't fraudulent... Like I said, if truly you didn't use an agent, and that the SOA is real and not fraudulent, then you have nothing to worry about... You just have to explain things to them with evidence/proofs But if you are not able to convince them, then your approval will turn to a Ban... Act fast and respond.. Peace praiseb: 3 Likes |

praiseb: I didn't say Canadian lawyer, said legal practitioner( who can help in drafting a well detailed LOE). Please do so urgently as you have limited days to submit proof it was authentic SOA you submitted. Again, I think you may need to get written letter from the bank duly signed and stamped (coloured) Which hints on the authenticity of the SOA and attached to your LOE for submission. Not a guru on this oo. Just quoting out of my own context |

[quote author=praiseb post=107088580]Good evening guys, Just last week MP replied me that I passed all requirements, today I got procedural fairness letter. I used two bank statements each belonging to my father, What I don’t understand is why this is coming now. Not a guru but from my own understanding, that letter gives u the opportunity to clear the air. If indeed the statement was not doctored and no hanky panky whatsoever,u can as well respond to their concerns and show the aunthencity of your statement by using a MBS which gives u a ticket and password electronically sent directly to the Canadian embassy. If u are not up to the task of writing an articulated explanation with your supporting document, reach out to experienced people in the field...my 2 cent |

BoluwajiPieters:You are welcome. You looking for Masters and PHD Pharmacy courses or related courses is too generic, don't be too focused on that if you are looking for Fully-funded Graduate Research opportunities (scholarships). Let's assume am a graduate of Pharmacy and my research areas for a thesis-based Masters or PHD are on Drug discovery, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmocogennis, Pharmacology, I would google "Professors of Medicinal Chemistry Canada", GOOGLE would bring them out for me, then I would pick a Prof. in a faculty in of the Google search results then, I would look for one or two of the Profs. Research work (publications, Journals) and relate it to the reasons why I would like to work with the Prof. in his research lab (based on my Previous research experience, academic background etc.). The interesting thing is , it's not compulsory a Professor whose Research focus is on Medicinal Chemistry comes from a Pharmacy faculty, such Prof. can come from a Chemistry department. RESEARCH AREAS IS VERY ESSENTIAL. By the way, there are schools offering MSC/ PHD for Pharmacy in Canada, google your friend on this one Msc MSc in Pharmacy University of Manitoba, Manitoba MSc in pharmacy University of Saskatchewan, Saskatchewan MSc in Pharmacy University of Waterloo, Ontario Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) in Advanced Pharmacy Practice University of Waterloo, Ontario Master of Science in Pharmacy Memorial University of Newfoundland, Newfoundland and Labrador MSc in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences University of Alberta, Alberta Master of Science in Pharmacy (M.Sc.Phm.) University of Toronto, Ontario PhD PhD in Pharmacy University of Manitoba, Manitoba Doctor of Pharmacy PharmD University of Saskatchewan, Saskatchewan PhD in pharmacy University of Saskatchewan, Saskatchewan PhD in pharmacy Memorial University of Newfoundland, Newfoundland and Labrador PhD in Pharmacy University of Waterloo, Ontario Doctorate of Pharmacy University of Manitoba, Manitoba PhD in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences University of Alberta, Alberta Don't wait before you see the attempts of others, this period in Canada and the USA is the period graduate research opportunities (MSC/PHD) are very much available for the next Fall session, and they have a Particular deadline for that January 15th. Time is of the essence. So start packaging your Academic CV (North American Standard, cold mails, cover letters, SOP for graduate school and shoot your shots ASAP. Good luck!!!! 4 Likes |

Brother you don't have time to be sticking around and asking questions that has already been answered. Time is not on your side!...From the look of things it seems like you'll not take my advise and seek a legal practitioner. Then go you your bank and obtain a reference letter and go to a major branch because first bank offers MBS. I've checked the banks offering the service and it's a part. Good luck praiseb: 3 Likes |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by makano: 9:40pm On Oct 26, 2021 |
A whole First bank doesn't have MBS? Ok then, print your SOA from the time you applied for the Visa till the date you will be replying IRCC.. Make sure the transaction in the SOA you submitted with your application reflect in this new SOA you will be printing out.. In addition, get a reference letter and written letter from the bank duly signed and stamped to show the authenticity of the Bank account and SOA Peace praiseb: |
