You are right in your statement but some Europe countries are poor compare to European standard but may not be that worst the way it is in some Africa countries however some Africa countries are not too bad economically as well only the factor "AFRICA" beclouded it all I mean when you think about counties like Tunisia, Egypt, South Africa.
