I'd have said maybe you get another lawyer but the matter being in court isn't cant act as an automatic Injunction so find out if the Court has granted an Injunction usually (interim) pending the determination of the suit, if yes then your lawyer should inform the Court of the issue on the next adjourned date of the matter.

I don't care about the first part. You attack me, your death is very certain. We need to get to a poin where it is criminal to be interested in other people's inheritance (extended family members). I am not interested in fostering relationship with greedy people.
