please do we have anyone here that have mailed UKVI the 3rd time after waiting for 15 working days escalation?

I have ó. I applied with my daughter on the 12th of October and my passport was returned on 1st of November with visa but they did not send my daughter's passport. I called them to escalate the process and was told a decision has been made already. I've called them about 5 times and also sent a mail. Same response " decision has been made, your passport will be available soon"

I'm so stressed out. My husband has been gone for almost two months now and we miss him.

You should make full payment of your flight before bank will process your CBN PTA. This is because the bank will confirm payment of the return ticket flights from the airline before processing the PTA.

Mind you, the bank has obligation to check the airline that you actually used the flight you have paid for the journey and returned back to Nigeria. If you don't use the flight after getting the PTA, the bank will send your name to CBN for blacklisting until you return the PTA that was given to you.

This information was given to me by my bank (Stanbic). I have used several PTAs without issues.

All the best.

Hello! I use Stanbic as well, how long does the pta application take? I’m applying 14 days to my travel and wanted to know if I can get it same day. Thanks

Hello everyone,
If someone does priority processing, is it in the morning of the 5th day they provide feedback or evening. Today is supposed to be the 5th day since biometrics but I haven't heard anything.

Thanks for responding.

I just got the collection email.
Thanks.

Any one with experience who can please help me with answers and advice?
27autumn:
@giselle237, @justwise
Please help me with answers.

I want to apply for the 6 months visa to visit my fiancé. He is a final year undergraduate student so I will only be getting an invitation letter from him and I would be staying at his place. I would be sponsoring myself fully on the trip.
Now my dilemma is this:
- To help me be prudent with spending, part of my savings is removed from source I.e it doesn’t even land in my account at all, just reflected as savings reduction from my payslip. I have over 2 million in this, which is what I plan to use to travel.
- Because I’ve once been robbed and account cleared, I don’t leave Any money in my accounts. Immediately my salary comes in, I send all the expense money I need to send out, move whatever is left to different savings platforms and then I move my weekly expense from there.

What is advisable to present as proof of funds? If I use my 2M savings account, do I still need to add my salary account? How do I prove my disposable income? I would be adding my payslips to show how much I earn, how much is deducted at source and how much is payable into my account. How can I present my story.

It was standard. I've called to escalate and they said a decision has been made but no passport yet.

I was at the Bank to pay my admission Deposit of 4000 pounds with at UBA with FORM A.
They Told me they can not Process the payment with a Conditional offer. Meanwhile the only condition on the offer is the Financial Condition.
So, I was wondering if this is correct/true of should i approach another Bank?

I applied for a 3 year work Visa but the validity in my passport is From 19/11/2021 - 17/02/2022.

Is this how it is supposed to be on the passport?
I'm confused.

fellow nairalanders especially @tutu @giselle237 just a quick question.

my spouse applied to the Uk for masters febuary 2,2021 and she is presently in the Uk studying.
I on the other hand applied to join her in october and was refused owing to the fact that the application was made days prior to our marriage. she applied as single on the 2nd of febuary and we got married on the 18th of Febuary.

I am attaching the quoted response below: >>>

As evidence of your relationship you have submitted a marriage certificate dated 19
February 2021, as well as a number of photographs, however you have not provided any
other evidence of your relationship. The fact you have demonstrated your marriage took
place, does not act as independent corroboration you are in a subsisting relationship and the
evidence you have provided is insufficient. It is also noted that in your claimed spouse’s visa
application of 02 February 2021, she stated her relationship status was “single”.
Given the above, I am not satisfied that your relationship is subsisting, that you intend to live
with your sponsor throughout their stay in the UK, or that you do not intend to stay in the UK
beyond any period of leave granted to your sponsor. I therefore refuse your application
under paragraphs ST32.4, ST32.5 and ST32.6 of the immigration rules.

I am however confused on the next step.

should i go for an administrative review or begin a new application with additional information/proof like call logs, chats backups and parents letter of knowlegde of the relationship.

kindly help advise.

Yes. The 90-day visa vignette on your passport is the time-frame you could enter the UK. Otherwise, you may need to reapply for another vignette at a cost.

Your BRP will have the 3-year validity on it.

Permit me to welcome you to the UK in advance.
