Never join resources with any woman to build a house or business, it always ends in regrets!

Never consider a lady while taking marriage decision,be 100% selfish,cuz they won't consider you in the marriage when chips are down.

Spend 85% percent of the money building a mini flat first even if not completed yet.

The remaining 15% can be used for the marriage(do am anyhow,e nor dey always pay off)

Marry,latest at 37. 40 is late.

You are 35 and yet you need nairaland to advise you and what to do with your life so that tomorrow you will look for who to blame. By the way, why are you tell all your babes that you want to build an estate before you settle down to the extent of one telling you to marry first and you two can hustle together. Do you think they need to know that you want to build..if you don't want to marry them and they I don't want to keep them waiting, dismiss them let them go and find how to build their own lives. I think the reason why one told you to marry her was probably because you were telling her to wait for you till you build an estate instead not letting her go.
My one advice to you now is to think deep about what you are about to do. Your have two choices to pick from which are marriage and advanced self development. Do you think marrying a wife will prevent you from building? Will you finish the building in the space of 5yrs? Is the money from r marriage that you want to use and build or you have spare for marriage and then the one for building saved up somewhere?
You are the only person that knows what you want in life. You don't ask a lady who's looking for husband to give you her opinion on issues like this. She will definitely say marry first.
