For those still writing jamb, try applying to schools with less entry requirement,it could be outside uu state or region e.g someone from the north with 275 in jamb to would find It difficult in getting admission to schools like a.b.u,unijos but might get it in southern schools like unn, unical and co and vice versa, medicine is not a thing of pride all schools teach basically the same stuff.
For the guy with 285 or so try northern schools like udus, unimaid, fullafia, or Eastern schools like unizik, unn, or even uniben.
I got my own admission at second attempt not due to high score or intelligence but by being smart (from North applied to unn),am in 500level so u can see, some ppl with jamb score higher than mine go withdrawn, bcus after 100Level u will be done with secondary school stuffs and that's where real intelligence start showing.
Sorry for lengthy post and typos

Wow.... Nice one bro..... UNMSA '022 Class?

The PART 5 of My JAMB STORY Q&A is out cheesy. I've answered ALL your questions...! cheesy
1.Why I didn't apply for direct entry
2. How I prepared for waec, final year exams and project at same time
3. How I old I am
4. The school that gave me mbbs admission but rejected my two sittings
5. Why I went through the stress for "common" medicine
6. What if I never get rewarded equally for all the stress?
7. What if doctors never get "levels" in Nigeria?
8. How I balance my academic life and social life
9. Why I didn't try other schools, I kept trying unical.
10. What business I was doing that made me lose interest in MBBS admission
11. How I dealt with the disappointments without breaking down..
12. What I went to Abuja to do.

Good afternoon everyone.
Please my younger bro wrote jamb last year and applied unical but for fear he'd not be given admission with his score (as we don't know anyone) he changed institution to the new medical college otukpo, now that we heard the fees are real high, and I'm worried.

I want him to change institution once again to unijos, but i want you guys to help mw calculate his chance at merit admission in Unijos
These are his scores

JAMB=294
WAEC
Physics- B2
Biology - B2
Chemistry- B3
Maths- A1
Eng- B3
Pls what are his chances at merit admission in Unijos.

Will it be possible to switch from physiology to medical laboratory science, pharmacy or MBBS and what advice will you give any person that wants to take such decision?... And also which is the best route to achieve that, through direct entry, course switching or picking another jamb?

All advice is welcomed, thanks and God bless you

.If you're from Benue like I guess, why can't he apply to UNN? Considering his brilliant O'level grades & high utme score, if he still maintains that feat in the pUtme, He should definitely get admitted into Med Surg via the primary list.

Great video here.

Your experience is a bit different from mine. In my school, we did the same course works as those in the MBBS/BDS program. As a matter of fact, we took some of our courses with them, especially Physiology courses.

In Year 3 first and second semesters, we did Pharmacology (intro, autonomic, cardiovascular, GIT, and renal).
