Some of your points are correct while some is a lie. I will advise intending Land or property buyers to get in touch with a Verified experienced Real Estate consultant to get genuine transaction. Don't buy through omonile. Even some lawyers acts like omonile with little or no knowledge of property. The only group of lawyers that are in good and experienced in land verification is the property lawyers especially the one on the Field. Other form of lawyers will just come out to claim that they understand Real Estate but it's not true. A good technical surveyor and experienced Realtor is what you need to secure a good property either from a family or in an Estate company in Lagos. What part of my article is a lie? You say a good technical surveyor and an experienced realtor is what you need to secure a good property but you conveniently ignored the fact that all searches must go through the Land Registry and the Surveyor General's office to verify the authenticity of the property through an experienced Lawyer and Surveyor. Please don't use this forum to deceive unsuspecting people or inexperienced buyers to believe that they cannot buy lands directly from Omo-oniles, that they cannot use other lawyers to buy properties except they are property lawyers and only a good technical surveyor can help to purchase lands. If you are not conversant about a topic, try to learn from it rather than erroneously claim its a lie when you have no facts to back your claim.
