You shouldn’t put oil in the paste. Use little water to make a paste if you are using the bean flour

Ensure that you whip thoroughly to incorporate air into the barter. Then fry in deep oil using medium to low heat

No please...no oil. I just blend with onions and pepper then add salt daz all. Some people add maggi and co but thats fried moi moi as far as the gods are concerned grin

And remember to mix very very well to incorporate air. Don't add too much water while blending. Very important
