Hi to all the gurus in the house I need your help urgently….. a quick response will be appreciated .

I’m planning to apply for a 2 year UK visit visa . I did my masters in the UK in 2010/11 , stayed in UK for 2 extra years under the post study visa . Came back home , Applied for a visit visa in 2015 for 6 month with my daughter , visa was granted . Applied for another 2 years visa with my daughter and a 6 month visa for my son who was a baby at the time and all got it .

I want to apply for another 2 years visa for myself and 2 kids.

I really don’t know how to fill the Address section , the question on if you own the house or rent the house you currently live in ?

The house I currently stay with my husband and 2 kids is one out of many of my parents properties, so belongs to my parents ,we don’t own it , neither do we pay rent for it, it’s a family property . We stay in it alone. I can get access to the house papers which as my parents name and submit it as part of my application.

But my only worry is how to answer this section
Since we neither rent or own it . I want to be as honest as possible but this sound reasonable to the visa officer .

Please for those who opted for the keep my passport service, how long after you submitted your passport to TLS (after a decision was made), did it take before you received a collection email from TLS.

Hello Nairalanders, I am also interested in knowing the timeline for the collection email, thank you

Hello everyone! Pls does the British High Commission still issue visas beyond a passports expiry date? My passport expires in Jan 2023 and I want to apply for a 5 year visa. Secondly can someone send the link for UK visa applications

So far your passport is still valid you can. Once you get to 6months before expiry go apply for a new passport and attach the old and new for travels

Hello Everyone, trust we're all having a splendid day. I have a question that requires an urgent response please.

I got married last year December, my spouse's maiden name is same as my surname (she didn't bother to do change of name since the names are same). She is now applying for a UK study visa and I'm applying as her spouse.

An agent told me they may think I'm her sibling or cousins trying to present false documents, how true is this and what's the best way to clarify that we are truly married and not siblings or cousins.

Why are you using an Agent The process is DIY friendly. Why will you want an agent to spoil your records and make them ban you from vising the UK...

So far you have a marriage certificate stating her name that is a good and can be attached. It's not a problem

Good afternoon, all. I would like to know how one can obtain evidence of sponsor not being in breach of UK immigration laws. I have two sponsors, one in and one outside the UK. How do I go about it?

Hi Gurus,

Another question .

I have lived in the UK as a student , also On post study visa and visited UK twice after this on both 6 months and 2 years visa with kids and stayed for a short holiday and returned back . First visit visa as a tourist and second visit visa for brothers graduation.

I’m applying again with my kids , I’m sponsoring the entire trip but my budget seem to be high, 2500 pounds which includes Accommodation, flight and other expenses , we will stay for 2 weeks.

I pay myself 500k monthly and transfer this into my savings from my business account . my business makes more than this and I could pay myself
More but I decided to maintain 500k . I have about 6.5 million Naira in my savings account , about 7 million in business account but obviously my savings account is where I plan to use money for the trip .

I live in Ghana with my family , so amount stated is the equivalent of cedis to
Naira .

I’m a sole proprietor , I own an online business that makes a lot of sales monthly with evidence of all transactions I.e receipt ,invoices
Payment , clients order like messages on
WhatsApp etc , i have evidence and picture of my business and products which I submitted in my previous applications.

I honestly don’t know how to reduce this budget as it becomes unrealistic. I have tried to reduce it and that’s the lowest I can go .

What do I do ? I need a response urgently.

Hello Guru's in the house, please while filling a standard visitor form for my little cousin (2 y/o) I noticed there is no question for "if she has been denied visa" (because yes she was denied last year due to the birth certificate used (hospital birth certificate instead of NPC issued one). Please has any other person noticed this or are my eyes deceiving me?. Please advice.

Reduce your stay to 5 days so it Fitz within your budget. You can stay for 2weeks after visa issuance.

Hello Fam,

I have a little challenge. My sister is trying to process her school admission and visa and she has a son who will be 14years by April.

Are there any means she can go with the son other than visiting visa of 6months. We don't intend to leave the boy behind.
Please all suggestions are welcomed.

Thanks.

u have to make use of google. Every school’s website has the sch fees information listed there.
Secondly u dnt need ielts, 90 percent of schools accept a C6 in waec or english proficiency letter from your uni that your bsc/ba was taught in English

Please can anyone help me out? Thank you!!!

Hi everyone, my two sisters are planning to visit me in England, one is in secondary school and I will be sponsoring the trip for the younger one. 1. The older one is working and has a job. What should I fill in this section of the form? The amount my younger sister (13yo) use on a monthly basis?

2. My older sister has a business and has CAC documents for it but doesn't have tax return. Should she go ahead to declare her business income or just go with her regular 9 to 5 job that pays her 250k monthly?

3. Since my sister is only 13 years of age and we need to put 2 names of people that they will travel with, will it be possible for her to travel with any other person that is not stated on the form and we add a letter of permission for that person (family member with the same surname)?

Hello Everyone,

Kindly look into this.

The person owns a small scale business as an area distributor of forever living products, she already registered the business so she has CAC.

She is using her personal account because thats where most clients pay into, she has balance of 2m in it and Husband will be sponsoring and has paid 2m in to the account for that making a total of 4m He is also writing a consent letter towards this.

She is going to visit a friend and her new baby....her friend has sent her uk passport data page.....her tenancy agreement, her employer contract.

She is going to spend 2 weeks.

On the application, she stated her annual income is 1.8m that's 150k monthly from the businees, she spends 60k monthly.

The question that says how much will you personally spend....she inputed 500k

She wrote in additional information her circumstances of her business and why she is using her personal account and her husband paying money to sponsor her.

Also her bank account name is still her maiden name not her married name.

Please we need your advise on what else she can include and documents to upload.
