If I want to migrate today I'd look at Kenya Morocco Rwanda Tunisia ghana Gambia Senegal and if wat I want isn't in these countries then I'd consider Europe.

Dont bother relocating to Europe unless you have a valid residence permit/citizenship.
2 million is chicken change in Europe,you will exhaust that money in 3 months.Better to step up your pharmacy build your capital to the sum of 5-10 million before you think of relocating through studies.
