Geo game is different from EMD and brandables.

In Geo you can always accept first offer as long as you are comfortable with it and it's not every one that made offer on your Geo names will buy them.

Big boss, the main reason for turning privacy on is to protect someone's identity. If you are less concerned about your identity and personal info being in the public space, you can turn off the privacy on such domains. I strongly believe some of those searching whois for those names are interested buyers who may like to reach out to you.
Personally, not using privacy has done more good than harm and has led to more direct sales for me despite using my real identity as a Nigerian.

I can't say for that part...to everyone his own but check out this post about it from sapio..My cpc no dey go lower than 4 ... but there are cases were many good names are under 4 even at 1 but I try to let sv still make sense...but in the end I don't know ohh no one can clearly answer that for u......

A great city population, a good search Volume, great RDT if possible. There are more too.

Where the city and enduser population are great or commensurate, then it is a good sign. If the population is 50k and endusers are over 700 that's great. Also watch out for the names of this endusers o.

Where the population is 1.2 M and endusers are 10, that's hard. Doesn't mean it wouldn't sell but it's all about giving yourself the best odd.

Search volume is great too. Iyke recommends 100 and it's good but these days I take my time and try look for SV above 500.

In fact, I actually begin from 1M and cut it down until I get something reasonable. This is not everything though. As shitty and misspelled names also have good SV.

RDT. If I could remember Iyke recommended at at least 4 and it's good but can you go higher? Let's say the name allandutch has been taken in four other extensions, that means there is something about it.

What if we can get 20 or even 80 or more. You can use EDs TLD search to also check how many extensions of a name has been taken. And again, the variants in each extension.

The more email addresses you have, the more outbounding power. Your email addresses will be resting and that way reduces the chances of getting blocked by Google. I have 40 emails for outbound and I still open more because I make more sales with newer emails.
