Lamination of documents is not an issue at all . The space needed to be authenticated will be slightly removed here at the ministry

On your police character certificate, please ensure the passport is stamped alongside the certificate,
Also, please ensure to use gum instead of pin to attach your passport to the documents because it may be rejected at the embassy if the stamp ink is not showing on your passport and if your passport is pinned to the certificate instead of gum.
