We are talking about ordinary people making everyday commute. I am not saying that Corolla is better than Peugeot but there’s a reason people go for Corolla.
Yes, your 307 doesn’t give you issues but can you compare the amount you spend on servicing the car to someone’s who use a Corolla and say you are better off?

My service oil cost 7500 then I buy oil filter 1000 and pay 1500 to my mechanic. That's the service. And if I want to change the gearbox oil, I spend 3000 for it. All in all, I spend roughly 13k every 2month. That's just it. Is that too expensive?

Thank God I followed the advice of that dealer last year December when I wanted to buy car. The car dealer advised me to buy Pontiac 09/10 instead of corolla. Omo! I felt reluctant at the beginning buy that car was too clean to overlook it. Thank God I yielded to the counsel. The Pontiac goes for 3m. Same as corolla. In terms of fuel economy, that car safe fuel than corolla. Very sweet ride. I'm enjoying it.

When I bough C180 some friends said it consumes fuel and has electrical problems. Sincerely, I have been enjoying the car for three years now without experiencing those issues. The condition of a Corolla and a 2.2 Camry that was bought by my friends after I bought mine is too bad. They keep saying I was lucky.

I also bought mine.. no issues and it was far cheaper than the Toyota.

I dnt know what people see in corolla that is not in my camry 2005. Is it fuel conservation or what else, corolla is just expensive for nothing n its foolishness for one to use 3m plus to acquire corolla.

Some people will argue that Peugeot is not good for ehailing business but I always ask them why? All they will say is Toyota is the best with no concrete evidence or fact to prove otherwise. One guy here on nairaland has been using his own for bolt since 2019. The Peugeot 307 has greater fuel efficiency than corrola which translates to more money In your account. Don't just play with routine maintenance and don't manage any spoilt part. This is my lion. I always enjoy the smooth ride.
