On full bid my brother.. been going up since Friday I think.. not sure it's wise to keep on bidding since no assurance it won't retrace..

p.s. check samguru's posts for likely reason it's going up

Your mumu and imbecilic disposition is legendary. You are eager to attack elders but don't have anything meaningful to say or contribute here other than jumping like monkey from tree to tree looking for who will give you update for you to feed on but not humble enough to bend and learn. You be chaff here otherwise dig up any comment where you had made a meaningful suggestion or analysis for others to benefit from. Ape
Attack dog who has since been denied by it's owner. You are beneath me and I would no longer dignify your rabid posts with a response.. continue in your canine insanity

I have been trying to figure out the possible impact of the Airtel share buyback and honeywell acquisition on this company but no clear ideal.
The Airtel deal could have a positive impact on PAT but that of honeywell appears to be like a loan repayment with not too much impact.
Its just not clear to me whats pushing the share price.....
FBNH doesn't delay result like this.......and since it's the FYE result, they might want to include the sales and not delay it till next FYE again.......
Concluding on the transactions might be the reason for the delay.
One thing is visible, lots of accumulation are going on here, FBNH seems to be looking up.......in terms of share price appreciation.
Submission was again shifted to end of May, make we dey watch what they're coming up with.

CHAMS
Meeting resolution:
** To change name from CHAMS Plc to CHAMS HOLDING COMPANY PLC....
** The Directors have been authorized to raise capital with the 4.3B Unissued Share capital by way of right issue, public offer, private placement, conversion of debt to equity, or any of such consideration........

** What "Non-Operating Holding Coy" means is what I don't really understand

NON-OPERATING COMPANIES refer to the subsidiaries of the Target Companies (each of which is directly or indirectly held by the Target Companies with less than 50% owernship) and any subsidiary of the Target Companies without any business operation since its incorporation as of the Closing Date.

MARKET LOOSING MOMENTUM GRADUALLY- LET US ASSUME IT IS TEMPORARY
As the market is losing some steam and with FPIs not interested in our type of climate, I am sure some fear will likely catch the parties that turn every situation to full bid.

Therefore, if you see the likes of NNFM now set free, do not be surprised. It will be a big surprise if the stock continue on full bid today, the price of that stock going over NGN13.00 will just be unreasonable.

Let us see how the market plays out.

International SUGAR price needs to spike from the current price of $20 to over $80.

What event will cause this?

High sugar price means anything that uses sugar as raw material or additives will have severe price inflation.

It all depends on the reason for the spike in the price of the stock. A stock may be a perennial underachiever in terms of profitability and share appreciation but may also suddenly spike in price due to emerging developments like new investments, new discoveries, mergers/acquisition etc. In the case of NNFM, we do not know but only suspect that something is about to happen.
GSK and FBNH also fall in this category.

GTCO:
Massive accumulation ongoing.......

INTBREW:
Some guys, entity or entities are codedly accumulating and crossing this.........
The available offers doesn't look like they want to sell........it's either they're placed to confuse or to cross or fake or for the fearful's .........
Lol. Anyone can interpret it like they're running, but the scenario is more of accumulation........

Within 30 minutes of market opening, over 9M units done in transaction....... Unusual for such stock I think, except there's something going on........and more of a positive one in my opinion......
We wait and see...

Btw, there seems to be a positive outlook to INTBREW, pls not any form of marketing but just normal observation as I used to do. tongue

What it means is Chams PLC will become a majority shareholder in all her subsidiaries and by the virtue of "non operating" Chams PLC will now be the company that will set up or acquire other companies that will be captured as subsidiaries and also be the company that will be managing these companies.

simply put, Chams will not be responsible for any wahala that happens to these companies, their own is just to manage the companies to deliver profits for Chams PLC which will be distributed as dividends to shareholders of Chams PLC.
