It's not a flight to the US. I needed to go somewhere else with my passport.

Hello, pls a friend needs help asap. Did Dropbox in Lagos 31st March. Passport was sent back to Abuja since 12th April but it still hasn’t arrived. No sms for collection and the Abuja collection place says the passport is not there. Pls what should he do? He’s sent email to usdocs but still nothing concrete as to the whereabouts of his passport

If she was issued a US visa before and expired within 24months she can get interview waiver date this year. If it’s a normal visa interview date , she would be very lucky to get any date this year, the closest date now I think is in 2024.

I now know why mine is taking long.. Due to the revocation of my previous visa, they sent out a note to airlines and notify them of the revocation but since that issue has been cleared, they have to send the information again to notify everyone that I can now be allowed to board and stuffs... so yea I have to contact the NIV... to see if they can expedite the process tho clear my record...

I know someone who did this but she went with her own passport and visa showing the same surname.

hi everyone, first of all special thanks to everybody that has dropped comments on this thread, this provided answers to all my questions i had in my mind for my interview waiver application. After dropbox resumed i followed this thread bumper to bumper were i got to know about the telegram group which i joined, luckily that same day i was able to secure a date 29th march in lagos. drop off was smooth and visa was issued on 16th april. received email for collection on 22nd april. Went for pickup on 28th april, arrived dhl muri okunola office by 3.30pm which was crowded but i was determined. my patience paid off as they decided to attend to all of us there that day. I got my passport by 6pm. please i will still encourage all of us who have benefited from this thread to share their experience and newcomers should all also do well to read previous pages before asking questions which might have already been answered. Those applying for fresh visa can also follow up and play their part with the telegram group. thanks once again

IW group ONLY for serious people. Once you get in, read the pinned message and immediately go to the linked schedule and pick a time slot, otherwise you will be removed. If you default in date checking, you will be removed. You are required to report once a day at the exact time and include a screenshot of your findings clearing showing the date and time.

This year February we got an email from the US embassy that we should cancel the interview appointment and apply for IW for them. I then canceled the interview date for them and I was unable to get a date for IW since March 2022. Please I will appreciate any information or direction that can be of great help. Thanks

Five times. By the third time, it’ll warn you to say you’re approaching the maximum number of times required.

It is advisable to join the telegram group and just check ONCE a day. The reason for this is because when appointments are eventually open, you may be logged out due to the traffic and you may need to log back in multiple times. So, it’s better to join the group and only check once a day.
