From the PPR testimonies I have seen so far, you can’t really tell which is faster. Anything IRCC related is just by the Grace of God, so long you follow the due process diligently.

shams040:
Which portal is faster for a student permit, the old or the new?

Loyalist College, Belleville Ontario.

He intends to fly to Vancouver 3 weeks before resumption to stay with a cousin before moving to Ontario a week before resumption for his program.

Can he move straight to Vancouver or he needs to fly to where the school is. Thanks for your contribution

Hi guys, I appreciate everyone supporting their fellow brothers/sisters out here trying to make things right.

I need a little guidance.

Question: Going for a second degree or going for a graduate diploma for someone with 2.2GPA in Nigeria.

Which one is likely not to raise any red flag during the application process.

Your kind input will be greatly appreciated.

Lastly: I would appreciate any college/university in Ontario that accept graduate diploma from with cheap affordable fee

Hello All

For those of you waiting for so long(not those that applied last month or 2 months ago) for a final decision from IRCC, find below the format that have been working for my applicants.. Make sure you send this mail 8 - 10 times everyday (If you really want a response from IRCC)

And please avoid Plagiarism, do not copy and paste. Edit and re-edit and re-edit and re-edit constructively..

There you go.

Dear Visa Officer,

I am so sorry for the numerous emails. It is not my intention to send you numerous emails but due to the need to make ample preparation.

I have many responsibilities as a xxxxxxxxxx to make adequate preparation for my family in Nigeria before I leave to complete my studies at xxxxxxxxxx. I also have deadlines to meet to be eligible for the co-op placement at school scheduled to start xxxxxxxx and my physical presence is mandatory to partake of this as a pre-requisite to the course which I have completed 50% in my country home Nigeria.

Lastly, I belong to a residential association which I have to make preparations to hand over my duties to my assistant which I would need ample time ahead before resumption in first week in xxxxxxxxxxx
.

I hereby appeal to you as a honorable member of IRCC in Nairobi, Kenya to assist in finalizing my study permit application.

I am hopeful that as soon as this application is finalized there will be no need for me to keep sending this emails.

Please also note that I got a medical request on xxxxxxxxxx which was passed on xxxxxxxxxxx and I also got a biometrics validity letter on the xxxxxxxxxxx but no follow up email on decision since then.

I look forward to your next line of actions to enable me prepare ahead .

As an agent it has always been my job to tell my clients to be patient and relax, but when it came to my turn, it was hard for me to follow my own advice Knowing how unpredictable the Canadian process works.

So I put all my trust in God because nobody can guarantee Canada study permit except God! I drew strength from Psalm 33, each time I get worried I will pray and reassure myself of God’s promises to me with that particular bible verse.

Along the line, I discovered this thread on nairaland and started coming here to draw strength from people’s PPR testimonies. I am happy to share my testimony today. Lol I was at the Gym when the email came people were looking at me crazy I ran home immediately to share the news with my family.

Hello HouseRaven

Send at least 5 mails everyday, 3 mails at night..

Also get all the MPs of the province where your proposed school is located and send emails to all of them, some will reply and some wont..

Your application is well passed the processing time, you have every right to keep sending mails until you get a response from them.

I have applicants in your category ( Over a year applicants) who did this everyday and their final decisions dropped within a month...

If you feel this sounds stupid, you can keep waiting for the appointed time of IRCC, but if you are tired of the wait, I will advise you do as II have advised..

It will end in praise..

Peace

Hi, Makano. I just got this computerized response about how my application is in the queue for processing and will be dealt with according to the “receipt” date. What does that even mean?

It is possible in some schools but Only if the admissions team is able to clarify whether or not there are available seats for the program and the particular intake of your choice. So, send them a mail to better understand how it works for Conestoga.

No Ontario college is cheap; fees are dependent on your course of study but i advise you budget at least 15k CAD per year for your tuition.

Hello good day everyone
Please I have questions on behalf of my sister
She is a graduate of nutrition and dietetics with cgpa 4.16 and she proceeded to do masters in public health and got a B
Now she wants to continue on the path of nutrition and dietetics please can you suggest universities that are still open for January 2023 intake that she can apply to for masters in nutrition and dietetics
And also will goin for a second masters affect visa chances
Please I would appreciate the gurus to help
In this matter
What universities can she apply to and what other course can she look into??
She is presently working as a senior scientific officer in food safety government company in Abuja

Please help guys
Hi

For Academic & Career Progression purpose, she should go for a PHD, that will be more convincing to a Visa Officer , But if she insists on going for another Masters, she needs to have a very strong & cogent reason to justify why she's going for another Masters instead of a PHD, it's now left for her to hope and pray the Visa Officer gets convinced. I have read PPR testimonies on this forum of Masters degree holders who go for another Masters and get their Study Visa Approved. Nothing is impossible, and I have also read otherwise (refusal cos an applicant is going for a Program he already have a qualification in e.g a Masters degree holdergoing for another Masters)

A Canadian university would most likely require her to reach out to a Professor (cold mail) she have aligning research interest with in that program before applying, cos I heard their application fee is not smiling, which means securing a supervisor before applying will boost her chances of getting admitted and even a possibility of getting Grad. Funding (can be Fully-funded or Partial).

Good afternoon everyone.
Please my passport will expire on the 22 of September 2022 and I intend sending my passport to ircc office but it was written that I cannot be issued a Visa beyond the date on my passport.
Please If I plan to travel in September is there anything I need to worry about or I should renew my passport before sending to ircc office.
