If it's dark the light could be damaged..... or could be the phone is selecting the screen.

It didn't work out, though I didn't see that feature in the 'DISPLAY' settings.
I think I can find it 'smart intelligence and digital well-being ' option.
The alternative I'm using now, which I saw in the display settings is using the HOME BUTTON to wake the screen.
I'll just long press the home button while the screen is asleep and the screen will come up, then I use either my pin or fingerprint sensor to unlock.

I took it to a technician and he said I need to change the screen.

I had to order for a New screen on AliExpress and I just received it yesterday.

I took it to the technician to fix, but it's not working.
It doesn't come on, or show anything atal.

I had to message the seller to complain, and he said that I should update the phone software that the screen will work.
Pls, how true is this?

Good morning, I have a Xiaomi redmi 9T, the phone just suddenly stopped working, I am suspecting the screen is bad. What else could be the cause?

I gave it to someone to repair, but he couldn't repair it. Are the parts of this phone not available in Nigeria? If the screen is the problem, pls, how much will it cost me to change the screen?

have change it severally. there are two kind of screens. if you want to change it, pls request the one that comes with frame.
