I have a complain on my shipment from @Daaz001

ON 28/04/2022 he picked some macbooks and 2019 27inch imac for me, same day he said he was shipping the items. when the items arrived Omicpet place his staff confirmed that the imac screen was broken he sent me picture and videos of which i fowarded it to Daaz001 his reply was that not possible thank God i sent you the picture, hw did you receive it , i told him i have not yet pick up the item he said i should hold on, After some days he asked me the price of the screen of which i told him i dont know, then he said i should confirm and let him know , i confirmed the price at lagos which the said 300k last and sent to him and even suggested to him to buy it from his own end that it would be more cheaper . After a week of reading my message and not replying he finally told me that he will support me with 200k but i will have to use it for pickup that he will be discounting anytime i do pickup, of which i told him that i dont have a problem with you supporting with 200k but how do you expect me to do pickup when i have not yet sold the ones i bought and moreover am at lost, cause of the ridiculous gas fee he collected for picking up those items now combined with damages now. am pleading with him to pls send me the 200k in cash cause am already in lost. not everybody will accept his 200k offer but i still accepted, but the condition he is giving me i cant accept that. pls am calling on the board members of this thread to help me talk to him

Omo-tolsy, you saw someone sold a faulty laptop, something he had first hand knowledge of not just battery being the issue, yet you still come type this rubbish, very disgraceful.

Something he has tried repairing but didn’t work, yet still sold it to unsuspecting customer, is not possible only battery would be the issue and he wouldn’t have tried replacing it, he shouldn’t use laptop is in Lagos and he’s in ph as an excuse, he has tried repairing it to no avail, he know the laptop is faulty and not just the battery was the issue, he should refund, not that none sense you type there.

A client asked me if I have any iPhone X he can exchange with his iPhone 8plus basically new, I said no but I can help him sort for one but first he’ll need to send the to me which he did the next day

I hold on to the phone for a day, phone extremely clean like new, I asked where he bought it he said USA with a proof from shoptomydoor.com, (2days old in 9ja)

Then I came on here to ask if there’s anyone with a iPhone X and willing to swap for 8+ almost new, then I got in contact with techprodigy

He said he had one available with a hairline cracked but if I rub my hand on it it won’t feel like it’s cracked and Face ID not working, then I said I would relay it to the owner if he wants

After talking to the owner about the phone’s faults, he accept it but only if the phone is as said by techprodigy then I asked techprodigy if that’s the only fault and if the Face ID can be fixed he said yes if we can change the screen of the phone then I said ok

Then the next day being Saturday, I made it clear to him that I wasn’t with cash to send the phone (atm limit) then he said I shouldn’t worry he will send me 2k to send it, hours later I got alert then the next day (Sunday) I sent him the iPhone 8+ and he sent the X, phone delivered to him and likewise to me same day

Immediately What I first saw the screen wasn’t as described but I wasn’t worried much because the owner intends to change it and it still manageable until when he’s able to change it, after that I inserted a sim into it to test other functions the I found out that when trying to make calls without placing the phone on your ear the phone will go blank automatically that’s a (censor issue), told him about it he said he didn’t know because he has never insert a sim on the phone to place a call but when the phone arrived the sim that appeared on the phone’s carrier service was (AIRTEL) lie number one

he then referred me to one engineer at CV that one said 7k to change censor, ok fine, we had a deal for one iPhone 7+ so I’ll use some of his profit in that deal to repair the phone, but couldn’t wait to have it done that day, the next day I went

the engineer had a IPhone x he was repairing so he changed the censor to test if the fault was from panel or the censor but it kept having the same issue meaning fault is from the (PANEL) after going through the phone thoroughly the engineer said the phone fell inside water that I should forget about repairing the faceID but for the censor he doesn’t know yet, I left angrily because I got a lot to do that day I couldn’t wait anymore, reached out to techprodigy he said he never told me the faceID can be repaired *lol*

I then sent the phone to my client to manage until am able to settle with techprodigy, he understood, and he took it from me, next day he called me that he’s returning the phone immediately because the phone earpiece doesn’t work all the time, for example he tried calling someone last night but he can’t hear the person, then he called his brother who they live together the brother can hear him but he can’t

Then I asked him to send the phone back that I am going to return it to techprodigy
When the phone got to me it was as the guy (customer) said, the next day I tried it again and it works, I was like ( I don Enter this one already) lol

Contacted techprodigy again, this time I was successful then told him I will be sending the phone back that he should do the needful also by sending the 8+ back to me

Then he said he was going on a road journey to one state that I can’t even remember and I was going on a road journey too that same day infact I was at the park already but I’ll ask my brother to go send him the phone, he said okay that he’ll send and send me the drivers number so I asked my brother to go retrieve the phone from my locker and send to him but he should send the drivers number to me instead of him pending until when he send me his drivers number

so I waited for 3hours without any number from him called him again he said he’ll send it now, waited another half an hour nothing, immediate I called the driver if they’ve left Lagos for Ilorin he said (about to leave) I told him if they’re leaving anytime soon he should drop the phone with someone there and take 50% from the delivery charges but he was kind enough to give full refund, instantly I asked my brother to go back to the park to collect the phone from the driver
Since then he never sent me any drivers number and if I’d allowed that driver to deliver the iPhone X to him I might not see both the x and 8+ again

The phone has been in my locker since then without any message from him nor any drivers number, I wanted to let the matter die, I feel like a fool when I think about it, because I had to get a FU iPhone X for that my client with a little change from him, a change I’ll never have accepted if not for the fact that I wanted to keep a clean profile with my customers

So tech prodigy your deadbeat iPhone X is still Lying uselessly in my drawer kindly send back my iPhone 8+ I already counted my losses with my client and I’ve moved on

But with you since you chose to be a fabricated person and want to play smart I will make sure I get my phone back from you, by all means, I am not a fool like you initially thought I was

I get to notice each time you’re supposed to refund or repay people you come with the phrase *am on a road journey* and *am very exhausted* please do the needful, I am back in town!!!

He posted some household items on the clearance for sale on Tuesday. And we contacted him, he said pick up is on Saturday. I called and indicated my interest. He said unfortunately someone was on it but the person has not concluded. I offer to make a deposit but he refused to send me his real acct details with the story that he has bank issues with alert hence he asked that I pay into an OPay account which I did, seeing that he was an old member, I felt he doesn't have any bad record. After payment, his phone is always switched off...I panicked.

Yesterday he posted that pick up will be today from 11 am to 6 pm. He also sent a fake....
I called before leaving the house. He even gave me directions... I left yaba for ojodu Berger in the early hours of this morning to go pick up my items...I got to the address, nobody with the name Adebayo lives there and there is no tenant parking out of the house., his phone was switched off. I waited with the hope that he will turn it on because "I just spoke to him a few minutes ago" I said to myself.

The phone was switched, and I waited for hours till it started raining... I was drenched by the rain. I opted to take Uber back home, the Uber got flooded by the flooded bad road and dropped me in the middle of no where. Please how can I catch this culprit. Any help please

This is his number 08094685510. If you have done any transactions with him in the past and have an idea how to get him. Please help me please....I am just a student. I don't have money to be scammed
