I'm fascinated by these masterpieces and edifices in different parts of the world.

Do our civil engineers have the required expertise to construct such?

Though we have some similar structures in Eko Atlantic city, but not up to the standard here.

These buildings are all concept, apart from the marina bay building I don't think there's a tree like building anywhere in the world rn

Yes they do, but can you the investor afford to fund these projects, or will your friend and families be able to afford the rent in these spaces and apartments?

Though we have some similar structures in Eko Atlantic city, but not up to the standard here.

The end-user is the ultimate determiner of every real estate project. If it cost too much to build, the rent will be out of reach.

Most of these buildings are just concepts na. We dont have much architectural wonders in Nigeria, but dont over hype others whilst downgrading yours.
