Sorry about your rejection, dont give up . When your gcm notes arrive analysis it and reapply. Did you add your dads salary account or pension statement and did you explain lumpsome deposit if any

Thanks bro. I will surely do that and post the gcms notes here when they arrive. I don't know why but I am very positive when I tackle the refusal reason I will be granted PPR speedily.

Without having seen your GCMS notes, I can see the exact reason why your application was refused; although GCMS notes is the best source. This is my thought and may be incorrect.

Required Expenses
Tuition fee for 2 years $22,400.
Living Expenses (2 years) $20,000.
Miscellaneous Expenses $3000.
TOTAL : $45,400. (#15,075,000 @$1/335)

Total Amount shown:
Tuition Deposit $7000. (#2,345,000)
Dad's Account #4,000,000
Dad's Account #5,000,000
TOTAL: #11,345,000.
You may still need approximately #4,000,000 more.

Also, the onus is on you to convince the VOs that your Dad has no responsibility on anyone else and that the funds are meant for you.

I strongly believe they wish to approve your visa; in your next application, if you are able to address the concerns raised with the financial analysis above, your visa application will be approved by God's grace.

Is your dad still active in service or does he have his own business?
You need to show the source of the POF you provided.
Also, from what you wrote, you didn't present your personal statement of account, from what I have seen so far, it's a turn off for VOs.

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO WHILE YOU WAIT FOR YOUR NOTES TO ARRIVE!!!

1. complete the first year tuition (the remaining 4200$ about 1,400,000)
2. Have your dad transfer living expense to your personal account (10,000$ about 3,300,000) and back it up with a gift deed
3. If your dad has a business, in ur LOE, say you are a supervisor in the business and back it up with some docs (after all you're supposed to be helping out in a family business). Anyways this depends on the course you intend studying.
4. Next application show your dad's pay slip (4 months) and/or business receipts or invoices
5. Include you account statement in your next application.

I am not sure but I think Letter of Explanation is used to address issues raised by the Visa Officer in case of refusal. While SOP is used to address all that concerns your application.

Though some people use the terms interchangeably.

Gurus in the house would clarify better.

Gift deed is a legal doc used to show that one party has willingly given another party a gift(mostly money). The doc now shows the party B is now the legal owner of the gift. Check this site for samples.

i recently got admission for PGC to study Hospitality and Tourism Management which i love and would want to study, but i was advised to go for course that is related to my 9yrs work experience as going for a course that is not related to my work experience will affect my chance of getting PPR

Going for a Program you have no Prior Academic background (Academic Progression) or Work Experience (career Progression) in might not sound convincing to a Visa officer (wrong purpose of visit)
and that might lead to a red flag on your Study Visa Application.

Your best shot is to go for a CUSTOMER SERVICE related POST GRADUATE Certificate Program at a college (for Career Progression)

E.g

Public relations/Public relations- Corporate communication

Human Resources Management.

Strategic Marketing Communication.

Strategic Relationship Management

That being said, take your time and go through each program below one by one and the links, check the program overview, course outlines etc. and go for the one that suits you based on your Customer Service work experience

Hi ShowYoung,

Pls is it a problem if my Dad is recently out of active service? He now consults but doesn't get paid instantly, can take like 6 months ish but he is sending 15k CAD to me and showing like 76k CAD in fixed deposit and maybe like 20k CAD in some other accounts and I also make roughly 2500CAD a month myself. This is after paying compulsory tution deposit of 2k CAD.

This should fly right? With the right bank statements and expanations? My total tution and living expenses is like $54k

Yeah, you can get a medical request even after you have uploaded an upfront medical result. Was your upfront medicals from a previous application? when did you do it?

Congratulations, please sorry I am posting my questions here, I hope and pray someone see it and help me with some answers,

My agent don't want to give me username and password of the application he did, my question is how can I get it without his notice, also, I did upfront medical and submitted to her during my biometrics, she called last week Monday that the Ircc is demanding for my medicals, and she said she was going to send it again through web form, now I called to know if it's been updated and she said no that I should allow her do her work, I don't know how possible it is but can I still get medical request from Ircc after submitting my medicals? Please I need urgent response. Thanks and God bless

The truth you don't know is if people have been holding back information, the said person wouldn't have gotten anything here without paying for it. If droping timeline is a issue for many of you. I think you should forward that question to IRCC or the Canadian embassy responsible for your visa application. Secondly after PPR you are usually given about a month to forward your passport to the Canadian VAC , so if the visa is important to you then you don't have a choice but to cut short your vacation and return back home.
If for example while on vacation in the UK and something happens to you and the police is involved .They will be needing a form of identification and in your case it will be your passport with visa which will also show that you are in the country legally so if you don't have it with you then it will become a serious problem for you because you don't have any form of identification or document to prove that your stay at that point in time is legal.
Lastly don't take the risk of sending your passport to Nigeria, if you are not currently around because if the passport gets to the Embassy and they find the departure stamp on it and cant find an arrival stamp on it then it becomes an issue also.
So my best advice to you is to contact Ircc or the embassy handling your application and do as you are told if the visa is important to you.
