I did mine today, I was not asked to bring any BVN print out. I was only asked to Submit photocopies of my Degree certificate/result, Npower verification page print out and any means of identification either NIN, driver licence International passport. Then they also checked the Original copies of the above listed.

I have tried the other LG close to me but no one is even there attending to Npower sef...

Same here, the numbers not going. Have sent my Npower ID to twitter, sent 2 mail to them, sent also on Facebook even had a chat with their online customer support , yet no changes still the same.

Use *45665# code, or send your Npower ID to Npower twitter handle @npower_ng, yes you can go to the nearest secretariat within your local government area of residence, but when you get there ask questions do not do things on your own volition.
