Dominance only happens on the court, not in the press

Is there any recommendation from NBA of low top basketball sneakers. I want to choose best one.

Kyrie staying grin grin grin grin. Probably after no team guaranteed him close to max money without performance clauses

Thank God. I refused to believe Lebron would be ok playing with this guy again - once a snake, always a snake. Most of the noise was probably the front office, they will always entertain trades no matter how ridiculous

The Clippers are fleshing out their roster, especially if Wall can be healthy. He is a quality PG to have especially with the 2nd unit

Lebron wanted him but Kyrie slied the Lakers by using them to get his contract from the Nets. Similar to how Kawhi flattered and then went to the Clippers. I don't think it favors the Nets though. 3 cursed players on one team gotta have repercussions. lol

Do you guys remember that Steph boarded a jet from Japan to try to pitch KD on re-signing with the warriors. KD knew Steph was flying. Yet he went on Twitter or Instagram to announce he was leaving without talking to Steph. Yet Steph manned up, called him and wished him the best.

Even though I will take a step back from basketball this coming season, I'll spend time praying KD never wins a ring in the Nets.

Snake Snake Snake. Does not matter what Draymond Green says.

Based on what Lebron tweeted when this first started, I would say no. Lebron never came out to say anything officially, so we are all conjecturing. But that twitter post of a clown on the day all this news started to me is as good a confirmations as we can get. Went to check his timeline now, and its gone - someone probably advised him to keep mute. Its Kyrie that keeps mentioning Lebron as if they are still buddies. Lebron never talks about Kyrie publicly. Its like Durant/Westbrook. Sure they gon still chat, but that trust will NEVER be there again. Lebron butters up everybody's game with tweets. Dont mean they are buddies. Nobody in the league wants Kyrie right now - the guy burns houses down.

Even Durant and Nets, na to dey manage Kyrie. If they can trade him midseason, and take a hit, I think Nets would do it. The disrespect is too much.

But if you are right, and Lebron wanted Kyrie again, that would be very foolish to say the least.

Yikes Harrison Barnes escaped with murder. Chai. Minus game 7 when Draymond was hot you could really make the case that the warriors starting 5 was playing 3 on 5 on offense. Damn!

Harden is declining his Max player option and taking a lesser contract to give Philly space to improve the squad

Just hope his hamstring get fully right. If Maxey can become consistently good, the sixers might just have a chance.

PS: Can anyone explain the logic of the Wizards giving Beal a $250+mil deal?
Why give the supermax to a player who is arguably not a top 20. I can understand paying a premium if the team was ready to win now, but they are not even close. Right now with what they have, nobody can guarantee a playoffs series win. So again why not just rebuild and start allover?

Na ment now, the super max has been a death contract for most teams, I never liked it when it was initiated and I don't right now.

The only players that has successfully lived up to the contract has been steph and Giannis
Paying a single player 35% of your cap space is madness to me when you still need to squeeze in another supermax or one/two more max contracts to compete.

What you get is a consistent miserable team who is not competing neither is it bad enough to get good picks. Moreover if the player declines its become a horrible contract.

John wall, Westbrook, Gobert, Harden have be dud. Meanwhile the same contract has been impeding Lillard from getting any help.

The bar for getting the super max is too low, heck Klay narrowly missed out on it and was disappointed when he missed all nba before contracts negotiations.
Imagine paying steph and Klay 70% of your cap space,e don finish for the warriors be that they would have to cannibalize the team.

The way the Supermax is calculated makes the value different for each player. E.g Jokic Supermax value is higher than what Beal might get and also what Doncic got.
Still I truly believe it should only be for those who really push the needle. Personally, if I was the players instead of the Supermax they should have pushed for Ownership shares with the selling point that it would be harder for a player who has Ownership stake to ask for a trade after getting paid.

The Spurs have wasted a lot of time retooling, instead of flat out rebuilding. Getting L. Aldridge and DeMar DeRozan were very bad ideas that set them back, worsestill, they did not make the playoffs during this period. Trading D. Murray is the right decision, he is going to be 26 this year, has never made the playoffs with the Spurs. They are getting 3 first round picks and Danilo Gallinari whom I think they should move, they don’t need that salary.

Also, there is a ton of uncertainty regarding the future of the Spurs in San Antonio. There are strong rumors that the owners of the Spurs are looking to move the team to Austin, Texas which is has become a huge tech hub with a lot of young people and a booming city in comparison to San Antonio. The Spurs are going to play 4 games in Austin coming season and that has fueled the rumor even more.

With D. Murray joining the Hawks I guess they are going to be utilizing the double PG which is now getting popular.

Popovich's coaching is also a sticking point. His style simply does not work in today's NBA. I like Pop as a human being, but I remember how he outed the previous coach Bob Hill during a down year filled with injuries and took over as coach. Its time for Pops to leave as well - at least he will have more benefit of doubt than he gave Hill.

It would be sad for Spurs to leave San Antonio, given how much identity that city has shared with the organization, 5 rings inclusive. But like I always said, I am more loyal to players than teams, because at the end of the day, its a business.

Despite the immense level of respect I have for Pop and his coaching acumen, I have to agree with you.

When you look at how the Spurs have drafted over the last 3-4 years, you can see why they have struggled to evolve or reassert themselves since Kawhi left. They have way too many similar players, mostly grit and very little offense, especially perimeter offense.

The likes of Pop/ Thibs have to either evolve or give way to younger coaches with new ideas, who are willing to be flexible in transitioning their teams to the modern NBA or a balanced offense/ defense like my Celtics/ Bucks . They are essentially holding their teams back with their rigid style of coaching.

I like defense but you also have to to score points to win games. The Spurs struggle to score enough points to win games.

The Colorado Avalanche have defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning 3-2 to win this series 4-2 and win the Stanley Cup! Their 3rd Stanley Cup, this time they destroy the Lightning dynasty.. @A40, for me, D. Kuemper was the better goalie in this series. The Lightning could not find a way around him..
Hahaha Kuemper was the reason it didn't end in 5. I told you the Avs were just the better team. If Kuemper is half decent the series would not have gone beyond 5. Credit to him for stepping up in Game 6. But he didn't face nearly as much pressure as Vas

Credit to Cale Makar and McKinnon. This Avs team definitely have the pieces to go back to back

Bradley Beal is 'very likely' to opt out of his $36.4M player option and re-sign with the Wizards on a five-year max contract, per @wojespn https:///zGyDinoLv2

I have zero respect for players like Bradley beal and Dame Lillard.

I am all for player loyalty but when the team you're playing for has consistently shown that they are incapable and unwilling to build a winning team around you then Bleep loyalty.

Even the great Kobe Bryant threatened to leave the Lakers.

Some of these players just want to hide in their comfort zone, avoid scrutiny and get the Supermax while hiding under the loyalty toga.
Yet they want the respect that comes with winning titles.

Winning should be 1a, Money can 1b. Bleep these mental midgets
Na you dey put those expectations on Beal. Did Beal tell you he was GOAT level. Even Lillard I'm still asking wetin e play to make NBA 75. These are guys with good PR finish

Spurs are going full blown prime No Limit tank mode for 7'2 Victor Wembeyanma. Them go start that tanking from Summer League. Pop has had enough

Spurs got a pretty decent haul for a mid PG like Murray. Yes he fills up stats sheets but not in a way that adds up to wins, no point remaining in purgatory

Also interesting game the Suns are playing with DeAndre Ayton. I don't know if he has leverage but he shouldn't overplay his hand. The problem in today's league is too many non max players are out there commanding max salaries and this has condemned several teams to mediocrity

Lastly what the hell is wrong with Miles Bridges? How do you catch that type of charge. I really think the GOAT should sell that team. It seems they are just cursed with mediocrity. They can't get a half decent coach and it appears now they're about to form a RICO starting five

Yeah I probably got the height wrong. And he seems to me a better ball handler and has a softer touch than Chet. Obviously much better than Gobert offensively already

And why is Chet always slouching like a grandpa. Is it a medical thing. He has really odd posture
