Intel CPUs are widely used on many desktops.

So when we classify tech generally, you have

1. Entry level (the cheapest of the cheap). This level has very low specs and very low performance. Them dey useless for anything that is more serious than typing or watching film.

2. Midrange/performance level. This level is the standard level. It balances decent performance with pricing. It is not cheap, but it is also not too expensive. At least, you no need cut your liver to buy one.

3. High end/Flagship. This level has the best CPUs. The very very best. The most powerful and also the most expensive. To buy these ones, omo you need tight belt reach end.

So now that we're done, let's look at Intel's CPUs

Intel Celeron are only meant to run simple tasks, such as for watching movies & Ms word etc. Besides, the CPU minimum requirements for games nowadays is at least an Intel core i5

From Intel's hierarchy, Intel cerelon happens to be second least powerful on the table, and as such, it has little or no power to handle complex task as gaming. I think, the hierarchy goes thus
-Atom
-Celeron
-Pentium
-i3
-i5
-i7
-Xeon
But not withstanding, if a dedicated graphics card were to be merged with it, there is a huge possibility of it playing games, although you'd have to cut your coat according to cloth.

most older games from the last decade would be playable with on low settings. Games like GTA vice city, San Andreas, Max Payne, Prototype, Winning 11, PES 2010 etc, would probably run on it.

Dedicated CPU?? I don't think so... Although in some laptops the processor is fused to the motherboard, while in others it's not. If yours isn't fused to the motherboard, then you are at luck, because you can swipe out the Intel Celeron for a better processor. I recently swiped my i5 third generation, for i7 second generation because my processor wasn't fused to my motherboard.

On jiji or Whatsapp, simply ask the seller to screenshot & send you the graphics properties of the PC.

Then if you are with the system, you don't have to open it to know if it has dedicated graphics.

Well firstly, the system has to be driven before you can see it. Once it's confirmed that the system is driven,

-Right-click on the desktop area and choose Screen Resolution.
- Click the Advanced Settings.
- The PC would display the amount of dedicated graphics & all other graphics details available on the system.

I also purchased Gtx 960m last year at 140k on ebay

I am currently in the US, and you know this 290k deal u got is like a unicorn, one in like thousands. Going by current rates of #600/$, that is like $480 total, since u bought from eBay, u had to pay tax, meaning, u bought the laptop for like $440. and paid tax of $40. Unless u bought it through these guys here on NL that offer cheaper rates on eBay, plus ur shipping to 9ja.

Gaming laptops are also expensive here man.
