There is no evidence that everything we see is Tinubu's vision. Ithink that is too generous and hyperbolic
It is a biassed statement that has no objective proof. Anyhow Human development remains a major problem in Lagos in the areas of Education and Healthcare. Tinubu does not have surgery in Lagos , his children do not attend LASU and unemployment and crime are major worries

I do agree that the Niger Delta governors could do more . It is not just a Tinubu issue but a Yoruba issue. The bitter truth is the Yoruba are more politically advanced and if you want to give credit for vision the real owner is Awolowo NOT Tinubu.

Lagos State is made up of five Divisions
Lagos The former FCT
Ikorodu
Badary
Ikeja
Epe
4 divisions Epe,Badagry , Ikeja and Ikorodu were under the Western region till 1966 and the foundation for what we see across the state was laid by Awolowo NOT Tinubu
Awolowo and Tinubu are two worlds apart, While Awolowo is unarguably the architect of a reformed Yoruba nation, Tinubu on the other hand, is the brain behind mordern Lagos, emphasis on " mordern".

Instead of opening up the seaport in other states, they are still concentrating everything in Lagos.

Besides we need Lekki Airport more than we need Lekki Seaport.

Moving from Lekki axis to MMIA to catch your flight is the greatest nightmare any Lekki dweller can face.

Shit can sometimes last from 4-5 hours.

I remember somebody who dropped off someone traveling to London at Ikeja Airport and set back to return to Lekki. He was still in traffic around Ozumba Mbadiwe when the person he dropped off called him that he’s already in London. Madness!

It is a Lagos state government brain child. What are other state governors doing for their state.?

When people ask about the achievements of Tinubu in Lagos, here is the result of the vision he conceptualized as far back as his tenure as Governor of Lagos State. Fortunately, successive Governors keyed into his vision and the result is the mordern Lagos that attracts the biggest foreign direct investment in Africa.

Warri, Calabar, PH , Akwa ibom, all are oil rich states with Governors at the helm of affairs. The question is, what have they been doing with the billions of naira of 13% crude oil derivation that greased their pockets every month?
Next time you see any developmental infrastructures in Lagos, you don't have to hate. All you have to do is to tramsfer your frustrations on your Governors, pull them by their ears and drag them to Lagos to learn the template of Asiwaju Jagaban.
Agreed with all you have said, but my only issue now is,can BAT at his old age now be able to perform the necessary work this country need to be back on its feet again

When Tinubu was concluding plans to construct this port with Fashola, Peter Obi was busy taking advice from a mad man on how to tackle insecurity in Anambra.

Nice one

People thinks we hate jagaban but far from it, my problem is that he’s too old to carry the Nigerian problems on his shoulders

The rigorous and hard works that comes with it will wear him down and that is going to create another lip hole for criminals on the corridors of power to exploit

Great development, I've been encouraging Investors home and abroad to invest in such promising axis.

Take advantage of promo price now and Invest in "CITI OCEAN VIEW ESTATE". Tittle: Gazette.

Located at Ibeju-Lekki Lagos Island

Pay N4.5m per 500sqm instead of 5.5m.

When you invest at Ibeju-Lekki that hosted below Investment projects, you sure have greater value for your investment.

- Dangote Refinery - Value at $12billion
- Dangote Fertilizer - Value at $2.5billion
- Lekki Deep Seaport- value at $1.5billion
- Lekki International Airport projected value for it first phase - $450million
- Novare Mall Value at $82.8million
- Kellogg's Multinational - Value at $6billion
- Lekki Free Trade Zone: A Multi-Billion Dollars Project.

Shattaap there. When we live in a monotonous country where everything is built in Lagos. FG built this port with Nigeria's money. This has nothing to do with Lagos government.

If FG decides to move all these facilities to other states the attractiveness of Lagos will reduce. Why didn't they go and build the port in say Akwa Ibom? Yet the state government is doing this by itself since fg has decided to put everything in Lagos.

Olodo, it's a PPP not FG...

The Lekki deep seaport is a Lagos State govt project through PPP arrangement. Other state governments need to wake up to their responsibilities too and stop outsourcing their people to Lagos govt. And while it is also good to build an airport in Lekki, both projects can run concurrently without one having to go for the other. I am sure there is already a plan to build an airport in Lekki anyways.

Search for Lekki Airport on Google to learn about the project.

Yes some people say that about Tinubu but that does not make it true. It is propaganda
Are you from Lagos State? I doubt it
If MODERN means nepotism of making your wive senator and sharing other positions to your family then Lagos has been MODERNIZED
Tinubu has not modernized Lagos State.Lagos state has no potable water for most residents.
Ikorodu is an embarrassment
Human development centres mainly on Health and Education. What is there to boast about in Health or Education

Housing? What is the breakthrough? How many new houses has government built in Lagos State since 1999
What about transport ? What is the Transport legacy ? There really is nothing to gloat about

Like I said Tinubu would rather travel for his health needs and his children do no use LASU

The complete abandonment of the other regions by this regime as if they are not existing, was deliberate.

They focused only on North & west.
It was carefully calculated.

In addition most of the leaders of those places are complete idiots. How can an adult sell his slot to work in an oil company to others and preferring to drink strong gin from Morning to evening. However We don't blame the people illegaly "controlling" the economy sha.
