Take that money go rent a 4 bedroom duplex in lekki for about 5m, furnish it tastefully and install solar power system then lease it out for shortlet rental/Airbnb. You can make 300-350k per night,depending on your location and in a month you can make half your capital.

Brother with car business buying and selling of cars � people will think you do ritual. There’s money in car � dealership that’s what I do at least I have a profit of 500k to 1m if no sales at all.

Venture into car sales... election is coming northerners are buying cars for their people for campaign not any car but things like zafira,golf 3 wagon, sharon, golf, Peugeot 207, mazda 626.

You can get this cars cheap at wharf and resell them to hausa guys buying it.. it might sound funny but their is businesa in it...
