I have a problem when some "assumed" learned individuals do some certain things.
A lecturer doing a conductor job is dehumanizing, what was he thinking all the while during all the failed negotiations, why has he not learned about side business. thats the real garbbage in garbbage out.

On the other side, i think our public universities (both federal and state owned) should not be managed by the government directedly, but incentives given by the government. they should be run by private partnership and supervised by the ministry of education, this will help in strenghtening of these institutions financially, educationally, research wise etc.
what we have today isn't close to what we should call institution of higher learning.
