Hello everyone,
Please I have a family friend whose wife will be submitting her application soon.
I will like to know if they can still meet up for September intake if they submit by tomorrow?
Also they have 3 kids and she intends to go with them, will it be an issue and how do kids fare around that period in terms of weather
Lastly the man doesn’t intend to go with them but later

Long post alert.

I am one person that never wants to leave Nigeria cause of the issues and racism abroad. But that changed when Buhari declared to run for 2nd term in 2018. I was livid and knew he will win and the decay n destruction going on post 2015 will be worst

My fear was for my children, is this the environment i want them to flourish in?
So 2018 i began with wes runs, did ietls 2018 ,2019 got into the EE pool with a low score,2019 I pushed my husband to write ietls while his wes runs was completed.

Still we didn't make high scores, so i channelled my quest to pnp, got ita twice from Saskatchewan pnp, and twice the relative that gave me the sponsorship in Saskatchewan declined.

So back to ground zero, 2020 i went for another ietls while 7month pregnant , i received gbas, gbos, chai, then Corona lock down.

Ending 2020 i began searching for schools and applied to different colleges, cos i had 2.2 undergrad and and MBA so i felt getting direct master was impossible

2021 got my admission from centennial college to read project management.

1st app july 16 refused In September or so
2nd app Nov refused jan 20th
This 2 app i used Centennial admission, and Gcms notes on both occasions stated lower degree from what i currently have in masters and no job prospects in home country.

After the 1st refusal i started looking for schools for masters. The process was very very daunting, i applied to Royal road Bc and Crandall University NB

Crandall came through for me(Master in Org Management)
3rd App 1st May ppr July 25th 2022

My patience was tested on this journey, i have already started plan b moves to Uk, that by Jan i will be on my way out,as i have 3 Admissions from uk schools in the bag for me.

Documents submitted in all 3 applications are as follows

Passport page
School certificates
Transcript
Embassy reference from my organisation
Birth certificate for me ,husband n my 3kids
National population cert for the whole family
Landed Documents
Power of attorney of my mums property
Certificate of return
Finacial docs (using mybankstatement)
LOA
Passport photo
Cv
Family photos

I had my dear friend and colleague who was with me guiding and pushing me from the get go,MO you are the MVP
I got inputs from Gms writers justmellow
Frank did a great work on my application.

Its not a journey truly for the faint hearted, perseverance is needed and eyes on the ball always, never mind what it takes especially monetery wise.
All those expecting or applying push push until u receive yours, God will crown all our efforts in Jesus name.

Where are my fellow Crandall Students
Though had to defer to May 23 as slots for September is full already.

Step 3 – Provide Assiniboine Community College with proof of IRCC’s decision regarding your study permit application
by OCTOBER 1, 2022. Your application will be cancelled if we do not hear from you by this date.

As stated in my acceptance letter...

I want to renew my international passport before applying for study permit...pls Do you think I can still meet up with the October Deadline?

Hello, how are you doing, I'm new here please can someone tell me what is the most affordable school in Canada for admission, I'm trying to apply for my B.sc or do any college or university in Canada accept HND for a master degree or postgraduate

Depends on how old you are, if you're above 24/25 years, just go for Post Graduate Diploma. The average tuition fee for Canada schools is 17K CAD per year. Goodluck

Hello, I'd appreciate your input on this. I intend to get married before applying for my Canadian student visa so I can take my wife with me. How feasible is this? What obstacles should I try and avoid. Thank you greatly!

All you need is your marriage certificate and other documents for visa purposes.

Hello Gurus,
Please help my sister.

"Please I need help in making a decision, I have 2 offers 1 from Seneca College and one from Centennial College..

Seneca is a bit cheaper but it says 8 months on their letter. Centinneial says 1 year minimum.
I'm just wondering which one will give me an edge for study permit"

Go with Seneca college.

Omo e go hard going with 3 kids oo especially if 2 of the kids are less than 5 years because she will need to put them in day care.

No one knows how long it will take IRCC to respond, its like 6 - 8 weeks before September and we've seen cases where people get visa in 4-8 weeks. But I will suggest she defers to Jan 2023 if possible just be on the safe side.

Anyway is it your Dad's friend that wants to sponsor your studies or are you looking for how to get funds and then Use your dad's friend details as your sponsor?

You can send me a mail anyway.

The choice is solely dependent on you.

An 8 months to 1yr program will qualify you for 1yr pgwp.

A semester is usually within 4months so two semesters is 8months

Check your finances and decide the option that is best for you

Good luck

This should have been sorted before applying for admission, however, since the zeal to Japa no get room for delay you can go ahead to apply.

Note that you will not be given a study permit beyond your int'l passport validity.
You can apply with your current passport, renew it and forward the renewed copy to IRCC via mail/webform once you obtain it (this is if you're able to obtain the renewed copy within 3months which is the average application review timeline)

Good luck

And also I checked their website it’s a 2 years course.

Hello gurus in the house,

Please I need help with my visa documentation.

I am a business owner (co-owned by my husband and I) while my hubby also has a full-time job. I have paid the full tuition for year 1 and I have an investment certificate of 5m but I want to use hubby as the sponsor(is it compulsory to use him as a sponsor?).
Please I will like to know how many statement-of-accounts I need to use (I have SOA for business, hubby and myself).

Also, I will like to know if there are other documents I need to add to the list below.

A list of documents I have now
1. Letter of acceptance
2. Tuition receipt
3. Business tax receipt
4. CAC certificate and the form used for registration
5. Upfront medical
6. Police clearance
7. Certificate of investment of 5m
8. Letter of explanation
9. Statement-of-Accounts
10. Gift deed from my dad

Thank you in anticipation

Thank you for the response @leyemoshood and bullstriker.

Congratulations to those who just got approvals, may God grant our hearts' desires.

Please in addition, how much is the advisable minimum balance for each of the accounts (considering the 5m investment that's available)?
