I hope you know you are indulging in idealism. If you haven't realised it yet you'd better because the very man you are looking for will pass you by and you won't realise. Idealism like this makes one forget that humans are not the simplified versions you read in their CVs and wiki pages, they are much more complex and varied and inevitably flawed in some way.
