Bread that's the common man's hope of survival the price has skyrocketed tremendously.

Jesus even emphasized the importance of bread by feeding 5 thousand multitude with bread and fishes, but today bread no be your mate.

I had to get this bread and sardine for my kids as lunch this afternoon, just 2kids between the ages of 7rs and 5yrs them still dey insist on my getting another bread for them.

That small loaf of bread is 450 naira only, apparently if I calculate the both sardines 1500 naira for 2 and bread 450 naira.

Close to 2k just for lunch, honestly it's killing and frustrating at same time.

May God airpus.

Asking for more ? shocked grin

Buy wheat bread - more filling. Just 1 slice they will fill up.
By the way a slice each from that loaf is all you need to give them. You should start training them for certain amount of serving per meal.

No sane parent should ask for accolades for taking care of kids you brought to this life...Did they beg to be born?

Sir, it isn't 2k daily my brother. It's 2k per meal. 4k for 101 and 6k for 111.

So, sir, do your calculations with either 4k or 6k.

4x7x30 = 84k (minimum)

Oh please shut up. Always everywhere talking chochocho. Where exactly do NIGERIAN men feed their families and not talk about it?

Is it for the superior stand they assume because they are sole providers.

Or the fact that they think they can cheat because they are major providers?

Or the the “go back to your father’s house” ?

Everyday on Obasanjo’s internet, Nigerian men haven’t failed to tell us of how they are saddled with family duties and your kind advise women to step up. But when a woman says she provided, you take a different turn to cry about how women make noise when they provide.

C’mon leave this thread and throw that empty sardine container on your out.

U just nail it, she posted this just to shame the husband, I do respect women alot, though its not easy to be a woman, if ur husband is having financial issues don't rob it over his face, he's ur husband if u r the one feeding the family do it an know that it's ur family, that's y u date a girl were u not nothing because most women in marriage today if u take away the riches alot will show u their bad side.quote author=fuckwell2080 post=115361396]@zonefree and romanoff you are right once a woman feed the house just a day the world will hear it.They runaway from responsibilty.Anytin responsibility can make them shiver. That why all women.have to be grateful and give thanks to husband because it not easy.A MAN feed the house janauary to december. For a whole lifetime he no go make noise.once a woman do just a day the world go hear including there useless friends. That was the character of my ex BAD WIFE.LOUSY AND LAZY.500K for a business.she squander.Another 500k the same.800K Same.Notin good can come out from some women.Thank GOD for delivering me from a BURDEN ,WAYWARD WOMAN.never ready to change.Who quote me saying truth hug transformer.[/quote]

It isn't easy.

Bit o good news. Ukraine has resumed grain airports. The disappearance of Ukrainian wheat from the global market was what lead to skyrocketing prices. I think Nigeria gets like 85% of its wheat from there. Ukraine has the most fertile land in Europe. Their soil is rich like that of Benue state. They are considered the bread basket of Europe.

Also, Russia's wheat export are also off to a flying start. Both Russia and Ukraine are the 1st and 2nd largest exporters of wheat in the world
