Hello nairalanders,
Please is this UK admission and visa only eligible for postgraduate and masters? I hardly see undergraduate testimony. Please shield more light and info about undergraduate. Thanks

Unfortunately, UK Institutions are battling with an unprecedented increase in both applications and deposit payments. to put it in context, presently, Nigeria is at a 150% increase in the total pool of firm acceptances in comparison to this same time in 2021. Just to be clear, firm acceptances being, accepted an offer of a place and paid a deposit.

So instances where you get sent these types of emails are sadly going to be commonplace.

Masters77:
Got deferment mail this morning informing me I have been automatically moved to resume in January. This is after almost 3months of running POF and the mental stress. I wish everyone still waiting for CAS from Derby good luck.

There was no empathy in the mail they sent. They made it look like it's no big deal but knowing what we know here, they f**ked up

Hello

Why are you scared do you not trust your application and the documents you submitted

@Giselle237 already spotted that you are too anxious. Worrying about what you have no control over isn't helpful, the outcome will be what the outcome will be.

Calm down, something worth taking your mind off, start to look out for possible research topics for your
thesis

Relax

Cheers

Hello

There are also undergraduates here

The process of studying at an Undergraduate level is similar with postgraduate level.

First step will be to get your admission

If you have more questions you can ask

Anyone travel to the UK with dependent visa through Airfrance in recent time. Do i need Transit visa?
Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 7 by bigeagleeye(m): 7:11pm On Aug 05, 2022
A particular chiamaka is really getting my attention with some ridiculousness in high places since yesterday..along the line I just told myself that I need to calm down and enjoy her nuisance value while I catch up with important information.
Question like..what are you escalating, am I supposed to escalate too? After admission, what next? Will I be able to stay in UK after studies? Can my uncle sponsor me? I have my CAS, how much do I need? ...all from one person in the space of 24hrs. Ah this world is not my home!

Opsops:
@duchess90 @mimilyrics @justwise, you are really doing a great work here. May the good Lord reward your kind gesture. God bless.

Hmmm, what of if I ask a question like can I make use of the convenience at IOM?
OR what is the meaning of IOM Please?

Please those people have make it easier for us by exploring it from pages 1 and even through the search botton you can always navigate.

For the past one month I wonder if Duchess hardly do other things like his own personal and daily activities aside answering questions here.

Countless question on can I do walk in?
Decision have been made yet I didn't receive collection mail......(when you know you can't wait longer than the period you have waited after biometric, why not be patient and hold to your faith and prayer)? Can I send paid mail,I did my biometric 5days ago?How much is form A?How much do I need for POF?
Haba! Please let us take time to read and make the work easier for those people.

Again just today @mimilyrics just posted all what we need to know about the processing, just check from page 1030. I bet you,all what you need to know are there.

Don't quote me wrong,I also don't know it all but all the same some questions doesn't worth it.

Now eyin temi, if you can't start from page 1,go to page 1030 and start from there. Please don't ask where is page 1030 again oooo. I come in peace
UK yii o ma Kari ooo, come one...come All. All the best and best of luck.

Hello Nairalanders,

I got an unconditional offer to study in the university of South Wales, I've done my TB test, I've got my POF ready and matured and even sent it to the school but my initial deposit is what's holding me up cos I used form A... Although my form A application is in adb_disbursement reviewer stage, and the money has been removed from my account, though I haven't received the debit yet... I just want to know if it'd still be possible for me to resume on the 19th of September (that's when my course starts) or I should just defer to January... Cos now I don't really know when the deposit will finally be made and if I can meet up applying for visa and getting it before September 19th... Pls I need advice

I particularly feel the fellow is just catching cruise and deliberately constituting nuisance..someone that said she has CAS but is asking what is TLS, asking if she will allowed to stay in the UK after studies and saying how much does she need to travel?
I'm not sure that's a sound person with genuine concerns

justwise:
[/b]

Calm down and take a deep breath about this, you are rushing and asking confusing questions.

If you are not careful you will get scammed.

Read first page of this thread ALL the info you need is there.

I don't think you can make it this Sept admission because you don't even know the process of anything.

Start working toward Jan admission and get yourself informed about the visa processing.

Lastly be careful about people contacting you from this thread, you will get taken advantage of.

Again..read first page of this thread.

Good luck.

I appreciate your response

eyinju001:

Try Chipper cash but it is $715 to a dollar as at today. The maximum you can also deposit in a day is $1,000 so if you will need more than that, get other people to load their wallets also. You can always withdraw the balance to your account just that it will be at a lower rate.
Re: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 7 by offwego: 7:43pm On Aug 05, 2022
I think it's better you draft your responses to these questions and then share with the house (no one can adequately tell you number 2, you need to research it). People can critique and you can amend afterwards. The advantage of this is you would have done your own research and are able to write it in your own words and achieve the right level of stickiness so you are able to discuss this more naturally when asked rather than regurgitate a response you got here. Remember with an interview, the interviewer is listening for logic, correctness, as well as looking to pick up cues that contradict what you are saying or exposes a lack of knowledge which could ultimately portray your intentions in a certain type of way .

I didn't actually contact them but one of their staff gave me a call yesterday, asking if I had made my payment, I told her that bank was the one delaying it, so she said I shouldn't worry that I still have till on the 19th of August (which is the CAS deadline) for my payment

They gave her admission because she is a Registered professional with Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria

If you are a registered nurse and you went to the college of nursing, you will still gain Masters of Nursing admission directly.

Experience matters and being certified as a registered professional shows prowess and competence .

Not all these theoretical people we have in Nigeria who arent competent and are unemployable.
