As of the day, obi doesn't need 25%vote in NW and NE to win the total election votes. He also revolutionized the health sector and built general hospitals. He invested in manufacturing through sabmiller. Yet when he left as governor, he saved billions for Anambra both in naira and dollars.

From Asaba through Niger head bridge Onitsha, you will see a ten-lane highway, it was done during Obi's tenure through collaboration with the federal government.

Yet you want to compare with a criminal that looted Lagos State dry? What did Tinubu do in Lagos between 1999 and 2007 despite the humongous revenue at his disposal?
