Firstly, as a beginner, always go for cities with population over 50,000
Atlantic is not even a city, it's a resort in NJ. And in fact it's called Atlantic city...I may be missing something tho.

Secondly, your keyword, who are your target audience?
"Property services" ..Are you pitching to property managers? Real estate agencies? Property appraisers?
Always try to make your keyword as defined as possible

If you own a business, would you use AtlanticPropertyServices.com as your domain?

In summary, your domain is not really a good one.
That's why you're having a hard time selling it.

I tried SAV auction and I must say the result was very disappointing, I lost some good names for pennies. Sold MetaGem.xyz for $2, Bank247.xyz for $1, NFTsecure.xyz for $5 if I remember correctly, now these names are listed for around $8000 each at DAN. I wouldn't really recommend it, I am experimenting with Godaddy auctions now though.

Boss, 'roofing' would have sounded better. But the singular is taken and parked at b/odis. Then Utah/roofing/service and/or Utah/roofing/services would have made sense too. But they are all taken too. I think before regging, you should always check how they 'sound' together and the synergy, and check the availability of different variations, then know whether to go further. Personally I don't like names with much variations as the different sellers would be outbounding to the same end-users sort of.

That's just Godaddy default nameserver when you reg domains with them.....Just like how sav own is ns1.sav.com

There is just one thing I find very funny, this buyers knows afternic, Dan and they know this brokers are legit. Still, once they discovered you are from Nigeria, they just don't want to hear anything anymore. Not even the legitimacy of this brokers can save you. Nigerians scare the shít out of them.
