It's important and very useful to get a deep understanding of relationship and sex. But this should not be our main focus on life. As men, we have to aspire to something higher.
Men, If you have any love left for this world, please calibrate your focus and get back to work.

But instead, men of today are contradictory. If most men simply decided to not give any of their precious attention and focus to hoes, there would be much less of them going around.
They say they don't want thots but they are lusting on their whatsapp status and instagram posts, watching Xvids and Prnhub, entertaining these women, making and watching countless of videos about them everyday.
They say women are disrespectful, but forget that nobody can disrespect you if you don't allow it and cut it short and respect yourself. They say women dressing scantily is bad, but they are giving their attention and energy to scantily dressed women.
They say women are materialistic, but they simp their money away to women.
They say women are not submissive, but they don't build themselves into someone worthy of submission and still allow non-submissive women in their life.
They say you can't make a hoe a wife, but they are still marrying thots.
I can go on and on but you get it.

Men, how important your attention and energy are can't be stressed enough. If women choose to become whatever we find undesirable (public hoes, disrespectful, feminists, unsubmissive, ...), we can choose to not allow these women in our reality by not wasting our precious time, attention, and energy on them.

Working out is actually a very beautiful way of of easing stress, especially in these days where so many things dey trouble man. So instead of engaging in smoking, drinking, doing drugs sometimes gambling and all the sorts to clear your mind. Working out can also do the magic. I know some of are very busy so sometimes we find it hard to hit the gym after our daily activities, the good news is that you don't necessarily need the gym. Just a good music and water at home and you're on. There are apps on home work outs just in case you're not sure what to do.
These days I see how most men carry loose bodies and pot stomach around because maybe they feel money can exchange for a good body. Maybe because of the blue pilled mindset that women have cultivated in them that "no one will choose 6packs over 6cars". And you'll see men with no 6packs and no six 6cars just pot stomach and empty pockets will believe it.
